Wonderful service. The staff here is friendly and go out of there way to make sure your drink is made correctly. My dog loves the pup cups and milk bone treats

We stopped into the drive thru and I ordered one of the new non dairy items. I had a furry friend with me and the woman at the window offered him a treat. She was very very nice and my drink was delicious! Was the new honey blonde. Great visit. Was quick even w a tiny line and the person who took our order was curtious and friendly.

Friendly service. Very busy store, and the baristas deserve a raise for trying to manage it all at once. Mostly, all staff go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. More staff needed possibly to make faster service, but they deserve acknowledgement for how hard they work in order to just keep all of us caffinated.

Nice facility but poor seating arrangement and young, inexperienced staff.

Update: my last several visits were very swift and accurate. I want to give management due credit for getting the operation performing very well! The drive thru used to be horrendously slow and I always went inside to order. That is no longer necessary. The drive thru now runs like clockwork! Updated from 2 stars to 5 stars.

Angelica was working the drive-thru. She told me there was no more ultra caramel so she went out of her way to fabricate something similar. She was very kind and welcoming. That's great customer service and attitude. I will always be back to this Starbucks. Thanks again Angelica.

Nice going there love my caramel frappe coffee and the service is very nice and you love it so much that you have to go back for more.

This is probably the best Starbucks in the area. There is consistently a line about 15-20 cars deep stretching far into the road, yet I never spend more than 10 minutes to receive my order. Staff is friendly and the location is extremely convenient (right next to CCSU, Stop and Shop, multiple gas stations, rt. 9, and relatively close to Westfarms Mall).

Love their French Roast, although they seem not to have it every time I request it. Once in a while you find an employee kind enough to hand brew a cup😊

I went to 14 Fenn Road in Newington. To be honest. I went because as a woman of color I wanted to see their new policy in person. I arrived around 12:30. It was busy but the barista was very friendly and was actually being trained. The atmosphere was relaxed. What I really liked about this store is the music was not loud so people did not have to talk over it so there really is an opportunity to read or you work or something.

Kelly is the best. Her and Brandon go out of their way to say hello and good morning.I go there almost every morning and no one else took the time ask my name, say hello or even pretend to acknowledge us. Some act like they never saw you before.
Kelly is a good for business and a star employee.

This is my Starbucks of choice. I go there every single day for my soy latte. I love the staff, they're the best. They greet me by name and know my drink and it's always perfect. I love this location!

This is my favorite Starbucks. Always fast service here and never a wrong order. The one in Target...don't even bother.

Even in the middle of a national pandemic this Satrbucks is still open to serve people. I commend them for this, and understand why the line is so long, and why their hours keep changing. Keep up the good work!

My favorite place. I love ordering online. I order when I leave my house and by the time I get there my coffee is ready.. no waiting in line. And if by some chance my order isn't correct, they will quickly correct my coffee.

I love this location!!! All of the Baristas are wonderful and everytime I walk in I am addressed by name and it feels very welcoming. Brandon is great and always says hello and asks about how my day is going!
