AT&T Store

As an early retiree from Bell/AT&T, I was so pleased from the excellent service I received from Zack. He was the only agent working but so efficient, helpful & able to help in as timely manner as possible. He is definitely an asset to this company

I had a problem with my phone cover so I took it in to see if they could put it on for me. They were so helpful and nice that I bought them Starbucks! Having been with AT&T for years this will keep me coming back and this will be my store whenever I need anything!!

This particular store has awesome Representatives. Very patient knowledgeable and above all else their customer service is beyond reproach I highly recommend this store.

I am only giving 5 stars to recognize AT&T’s employee Rachel. Listen, she is phenomenal, knows her job very well, and doesn’t leave customers in the loop. I had a situation with my bill and was told by other associates that they had no clue on how to fix it. I drove from Saint Petersburg to Clearwater for Rachel and she handled it thoroughly and professionally. I would drive wherever I have to as long as it’s people like her in this world. Thank you so much Rachel. I will stay with this company if you guys keep people like her.

Rachel the manager was fantastic!!! She helped us lower our bill quite a bit plus helped us get 2 new phones which we needed and all of it while she was efficiently helping other peoples questions and keeping everyone happy she's such a jewel if I could give her a tip it would be $100❤❤❤

The young man was very helpful and made sure all issues were resolved.

Kaitlyn and her team are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. They answered all our questions and left no stone unturned when working on our new plan. We left with a better plan and new phones for the same if not a little less than what we already pay. Thanks guys!

Best experience I've ever had at a phone store! Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and knew the answers to every question I had. She made sure she not only helped me but everyone in the store while she was the only employee in the store. Jay came in a little bit after I came in and he swooped in and took any customers that were waiting. By far the best experience I've had getting a new phone.

My wife and I purchased a phone and other items today from this branch. Jay was our sales rep and Tre, the manager, was also a part of our experience. I would give more stars if I could. These guys were good.Tre's knowledge and experience which was obvious, combined with Jay's personality made the transaction smooth and easy.

I had a great experience with Tre. He was very easy to talk to, outgoing, and fun to work with to get my new Apple iPhone 13 Pro. He’s very fast, knowledgeable, and got me in and out way faster than any other store I’ve been to. Will definitely be returning to him directly for any of my future purchases.

Let’s just start this off with, we all know cellphone stores can be hectic. Usually it’s not a good time or experience at that. That being said I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the manger there(I think he is) tre. They are short staffed( as I could tell) and there was a lot of people in the store and he went above and beyond to re assure us customers that he will get with us as soon as possible which he did. The whole reaso. I went into the store was because my bill was more then expected. He broke down my bill and explained everything very well, honestly at the end of it all it was recognized that it was my miss understanding. But yes I’m still a satisfied customer and will continue to use att&t. Thanks to Tre and his patience.

Not only were they patient & helpful with me as I navigated a new phone for my kid, they took time to help a cranky elderly lady fully understand what she was agreeing to & helped her set up her phone. There was a wait and a couple Karens came in & tried to bully their way into getting attention, but the two gentleman working focused on the customers that were there first. Hooray for not catering to karens! Grace under hostility is hard to come by.

My iPhone decided to brick itself overnight, and I was left scrambling to find somewhere to fix it. Well, it couldn’t be fixed, so I headed on over to this place to get a new one. The staff was attentive and personable. They just happened to have the exact iPhone 12 I wanted, and they took the time to make sure I was all set up before I left. They even looked over my current plan to make sure I had the best deal. Thanks for all your help!

This is the best AT&T store I’ve ever used. Diane is amazing. I watched her handled a multitude of customers efficiently and kindly. Julie is also great and so welcoming. Best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new phone!

Jesse was extremely helpful. Resolved my issue, found a better plan for me. He also had to take an irate customer call while I was there and handled it beautifully. Great job, great employee!

Today, on March 25th,2021 we visited the AT&T store on East Bay Clearwater bay Fl I was so pleased with Diana’s super service. She was able to recover our number and was so patient and polite to us. We appreciate all her help. An excellent worker with passion for her jobs and her knowledge of what is needed to be done even at our difficult case.

Julianna and Jesse were so helpful today! They recommended me to switch me and my family over and saved me $125 a month from what i was paying at t-mobile. 10/10 highly recommend at&t👌

I went to att to change my prepaid plan to family plan with my husband. The service representetive William was very helpful. There was unkown problem happend while processing but he took care of us until everything solved. He was nice until the end too. I appreciate a lot with everything he done for us. I 200% recommend this ATT store and find Will he is the best service representetive ever.
