Ross Dress for Less

Was recommended this place by a couple people and Larissa! I've always seen this place by the gym and finally got a chance to go check it out today! Upon entering the store it was spacious and immediately found the men's shoe section which I wanted to check out.
Also checked out backpacks, designer cologne, paintings on the back wall, and they had a whole range of products and at very cheap prices!!!
Shoes that I normally pay $70 for were like $30 the designer colognes were all so like $30!!
The place was packed and customer service oriented employees greeted me in a friendly manner and asked if I needed any help. Overall it's a very very nice store and they even had a little food section when you check out. It's well lit and everything is easy to find and I can't wait to go back shopping over and over and over again!!

I got my daughter so many great gifts and finds at amazing prices !!! She just turned 1 so Fisher price learning toys were a must none of her toys were over 19.99!!! And these toys are the same ones at walmart anywhere from 25/50 dollars so this was a bargain day for us!! Oh and her birthday outfit ! Under 10!!!

I have worked at Ross for about three years in stock, and I love my job at Ross it’s my “work family”. Yeah it can be stressful if I’m at the fitting room and a customer comes out with an armful of clothes that are completely inside out and not on hangers. (Disrespectful) Or if I find an item that a customer puts down where it doesn’t belong. (Ughhh) I could easily be on the sales floor all day long trying to keep up with putting everything in place. It’s no wonder we have more negative comments compared to positive comments. All I can say is for the negative comments is if you love your Ross store and you want a better shopping experience then respect our store. We hope customers continue to ❤ and appreciate our store and to continue to shop with us, and always “dress for less”.

Clean store and super friendly staff! Ross has upped their game and cleanliness lately at the stores I have visited! Floors are clean, Merchandise is zoned and straight. Great job Ross!

There’s a lady behind the register, who welcomes by greeting everyone as they enter. In such a "disconnected" world it's refreshing and it always make my day.

Love this store .. designer clothing and purses and shoes for really good discounted prices you can't beat .. plus household stuff and bath and perfume and electronics as well.. highly recommend

Ross is my all-time favorite place to shop they have great prices on their clothes and the way they organised their clothes can be a little frustrating but if you have the time to look and the time to try things on I always find things to buy here if I'm not shopping for clothing I look for household goods and I always find what I'm looking for when it comes to decor. All areas of my house are filled with Ross items. If ever somebody wants to buy me a gift card, Ross is what I want.

Came in stressed out during moving, had an issue with some furniture there was a manager named Ashley with black hair that helped me out. She was so nice about it and quick with her solutions. Good customer experience.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My wife left her credit card there today and the ladies took care of it for her. One quick phone call and we went straight back and got it. Scary stuff. Thank you all so much. Helped us dodge a big bullet. Stop by and check them out. Especially right now. They have a lot of christmas things that you cant find anywhere else.

Chain stores are pretty much all the same, but the customer service really makes it or breaks it for me. Our cashier was very pleasant and conversational, and our checkout experience went smoothly. As far as bargains go, I would shop here before I go to the malls.

I've tried several different of the stores. Every one of them has cheerful staff that is extremely helpful. Their selection of name brand items for the best price you can find anywhere is phenomenal. I love the knick knacks they have little snack items and housewares for great price as well I always say if you got to wear clothes you got to go to Ross.

Ross has a clean clean store... The employees are not kind or nice or even give 2 sits. Also they sell big stuff but never Never Ever have Big Bags, this is like 1 year now, no bags... Check the supply and order some. All Ross have bags except tri city plaza

Great place for name brands at rock boron prices. I took my daughter shopping there and got close to 800 dollars worth of stuff for just under 300 dollars! I highly recommend it. They have close for the whole family, beding and home decore. I'm in love.

This is my favorite Ross store. They’re always clean and organized. I can always walk straight to the section for what I’m looking for that day. Most of the staff is friendly. Some employees look miserable. I’ll always come here when i need something for a great price.
