Always loved shopping at home depot but jeff from electric department made my project much easier with his best customer service skills and of course his experience.

I went to the store to get plywood. George in the lumber section helped me. He was extremely patient, very professional, resourceful and very kind to not only recommend the correct hinges for my project but also helped put the wood planks together for me. He went over and above helping us!!
I was later helped by Maureen at the Service desk to make truck rental arrangements. She went over and above too to stow my items overnight. I am very thankful to George , Maureen and the Home Depot team . You guys rock!! It's a pleasure coming to this place which is so full of kind professionals.

As a new homeowner I live at Home Depot. They have everything you could ever need. I've never dealt with poor customer service at any Home Depot. Everyone is kind and willing to help. I picked up a few Chrsitmas decorations this evening (large ornaments that I taped on and the grinch snow globe lol).

Tim and the whole Home Depot crew are one of the most professional Home Depot stores around. Patient understanding and the most respectful.

A worker by the name of Diane helped me today in electrician Department. she is definitely a great employee! great customer service..

This is one of my go-to places for equipment/tools. I appreciate the large selection and that they have a military discount for veterans.

I just posted a review for the panorama store and I was so mad that I went to Henrietta the next time I needed to go to Home Depot and I can’t say enough. At panorama I had an item to return and the same at the henrietta store and henrietta was so much more helpful and the employees were so nice and NOT condescending. Even though Henrietta is twice the distance for me I don’t care and will be making this my new Home Depot. Thank you to the service desk gentleman that’s helped me I so appreciated it and did what I asked with no issue

I've recently had them come and install carpet in my home.. the whole process was simple and fast.. including the install!!!!
Can't wait to have them come back to install hardwood floors too!!!!

On the first Saturday of each month Home Depot hosts a kids and parents wood working workshop from 9 am to 12 pm for free! Just stop by and up front you will see a workshop going on. Stop by the table and sign your children's names on the sheet. Pick up the kits for your children and start working. A kit takes about 39 minutes to complete. Each kit has directions inside with pictures to help you. Anyone can do it. It is super easy. We took our granddaughter who is 4. She loved it. Each child also gets a certificate for each project that Home Depot will sign after the completion of their project. Also they get a project pin to go on their HD orange work apron for each completed project. If it is your child's first time there they will receive a work apron to keep their clothes clean. You need to bring the apron back each time for your child to wear at each workshop. On top of the tables are sets of small hammers and Phillips head screwdrivers as well as various paint colors to choose from. You will all have the greatest time, your child will become educated and experienced with names of various tools, how to use them, and they will be very proud of their completed project. They also meet friends and families who enjoy making wood projects also. The Home Depot staff who run this are experienced and amazing and kind. We are so grateful that Home Depot is so generous to their community in this way. Kudos to Home Depot!

Definitely, this is our store for home improving. The customer service is good.

Very extensive building and electronic supplies you might need. Even has plants like Lithops that I've wanted for years!

I got superior advice on hot water heaters (Joe) and painting cabinets (Steve). Left with new confidence.

Needed help with a dusk to dawn bulb, and got great advice.

So much more different things than our Canadian stores.

They had what i needed, sales help readily available and helpful.

My husband and I own a business and whenever we go into the Henrietta store, we only ask for Lisa. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, understanding and friendly. She does the right thing by Home Depot. She is what makes your store worth while doing business with. Thank you Lisa for all you do!!

Not the largest HD I have been to, but conveniently located and easy in-out.

I love the service and kindness of their employees.

I went in to get some paint for a dresser. The gentleman was all alone and I was fourth in line. He got the job done in about 15 minutes. Very very efficient. And he really knows his stuff. That's what I like about Home Depot. You don't give people who scratch their heads and say I'm not sure you're going to have to look around.

Our snow blower decided to act up during a recent snowstorm so we decided to look for a new one. None were to be found locally because of the storm but the Henrietta store (about 65 miles away) had a few listed online. I called to see if they had a Toro 828 available and spoke with Julian. He assured me that they did and put it aside for us. We made it out a half hour before they closed and decided on the Toro 1030 instead. We used the 24 months same as cash coupon my wife had to make the purchase. Julian helped us load it in the back of my pickup and we headed back home.

Julian was extremely friendly and helpful even though it was closing time for the store.
