Highly recommend this store! Great customer service and friendly. Carlos helped me with my new iPhone purchase and was amazing help with my transfer of phones!

Jay was SUPER helpful and very patient with me and my family during the entire process of us upgrading our phones. Very polite and professional. Very happy with his service ! :)

Kevin and another employee (whose name I did not catch but from what I understand is a college football player) stayed an hour and a half past closing trying to set up lines for 3 members in my family. He also gave us a great insider tip on how to save more on our monthly plan, and applied to discount. I had a very positive experience from these two employees today. Give these two gentleman a raise!

The customer service of this store is great. A store worker named Jay did a great job in getting me a great deal on my phone!!

Had the best experience with Jalyn/Jay. His customer service is amazing and really makes the stressful process very personal. He’s like your AT&T best friend. He helped me through getting a new phone after my phone stopped working. Left with a more than I asked or expected which was made me feel special. SHOUT OUT TO YOU JAY !!!

The gentleman upfront, who attended me (jay) I am pretty sure his name was very polite and considerate of my situation, and knew the right things to ask. My visit was fast even with it being pretty busy at the time his work performance was a 10/10 .

We had a great experience. Carlos was extremely helpful and we traded our phones in and got an amazing deal. He explained everything and helped us set up both of our new phones. He answered all questions and was extremely efficient. We were extremely happy with our experience!

Went into this store and met Carlos. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He fixed my account and made sure we got the best possible rates. He explained everything. What a difference from my experience in the Maine att store. Carlos was so great he truly deserves to be recognized. I tried to find corporate number to email but couldn’t. Best customer service hands down.

Jon was an absolute Rock Star! I came in with my son to upgrade our phones. There had been a mix up with upgrades and phone numbers. Jon took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all our questions along the way. He even put the screen protector on and put my phone in the new case. I highly recommend going to see Jon for all your cell phone needs. We will definitely be back.

I struggled making changes to my iPhone using the standard resources. Carlos understood my goal and my frustration. He listened, asked questions and within 10 minutes I was out the door with my goals accomplished.

Dania is the best. I don’t know much about phones and she was nothing but helpful and patient with me. Answering all my questions and giving me good advice as to what route to take to replace my lost phone. She suggested good deals and made the whole process less stressful. She was very patient and pleasant. If anyone deserves a raise it should be Dania

Amanda Barry and her staff are amazing! Amanda made my fiancé and I’d experience at her store a very comfortable one. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything. She also looked for any discount that could help us on our bill. We didn’t wait long to be helped and Amanda had a smile on her face and was welcoming the whole visit!

My wife and I went in to get some information and Kyle helped us out. He explained everything pretty clear cut to us and gave us a breakdown of the prices we would be paying vs what we were paying from T-Mobile/Sprint. We ended up ordering the phones online since it was a better deal for us but we did end up going back because we needed help unlocking out passcode on our account. Kyle, again, helped us with that in a few minutes. Great customer service at this store!

I had a great experience with Luis phenomenal customer service! I am not tech savvy. He was very thorough, professional, patient, respectful and had no problems explaining simple things or repeating himself. Great experience overall, would definitely recommend this location and the associate to anyone looking for a new phone or service.

Just came from this location with my brand new iPhone 11 Pro and the manager Amanda was beyond incredible! She went out of her way to help me deal with bouncing between customer service reps to getting my new phone all set up, she even did the screen protector the first shot! Lol. Her attitude towards helping me was excellent and her personality made everything so great! Id recommend her and this store to anyone thats on at&t.

We had the most experienced , kind, courteous, patient informative and all around calming time. My particular representative assured me and made me feel confident in the decisions I was making. She gave me many options but did not put pressure on me that I had to make a definitive decision at that very moment. SHE WAS AMAZING!
