I don’t remember her name (young brunette) but she had the most positive attitude and I saw her interact with multiple people. Definitely wish there were more ppl out there like her.

All the tools you could ever need, at the right price. Fantastic customer service. Love this place!

Milfords site said they had a toolbox in stock , it was not so I called mason and spoke to grant and told him i was heading that way and he had it ready waiting on me ! Grant was beyond professional and super friendly and answered all my dumb questions about where things were and helped me find them as I was used to the milford store !

This was my first time at the store, after having received coupons for ages, and not knowing that there was a store close by. I ended up getting everything I needed and saving about $300, so truly have no complaints. I don't expect it to happen again because I took advantage of all the first time customer coupons and offers, but everything was still very decent quality and they have staff that were extraordinarily helpful in the meantime.

This is my go to Harbor Freight. The service is always knowledgeable and friendly. The amount of different products , so if you need a tool that is not going to break the bank this is the place. I've been a patron of this harbor freight for years and they have never let me down. If a tool fails they will most likely replace without cost to me. I think that's one of the major reasons I love HF.

Great place to shop for hand and power tools. Everything I bought are still working except the cheap drill and flash light combo. Their tools are high quality and much much cheaper than other store. They also have lifetime warranty on all Pittsburg tools.

Clean, well stocked, discounted tools (some tools are definitely worth it but you also get what you are paying for. overtime I figured out which tools are best for the price an overall they carry a great line the power tools and other hardware items. They still offer great sales, I miss the coupons and the catalogs but their rewards program is still pretty decent. I highly recommend harbor freight. One of my favorite stores!

The store is always stocked really well. I was even able to purchase a toolbox from there recently despite all the shipping problems I've been reading about. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well. This is probably one of my favorite locations to visit in the greater Cincinnati area for sure.

Friendly and helpful staff! Many products and a great variety! Bought a large Yukon tool chest on wheels. Employee helped load it into our car. More people ought to know about this place!

Very friendly staff and good prices. We had purchased some shelves and were going to make two trips to the car however one of the staff brought the rest of our purchase out to us without being asked. This was truly above and beyond!

What a cool place tools of all kinds and the staff are genuinely happy and helpful I could not find the product (they were not in stock) but they checked and rechecked then located the product at another store.

The lady working the cash register this morning rocks. Didn’t catch her name, but she had purple in her hair. She knew where everything was and helped me find the coupons I was looking for. Great service and staff. I left my phone at the house where my 25% off coupon in text or email (I get them both) format was located. When I got to checkout I was ready and willing to accept my error and pay the extra however when I asked, they gladly helped me. That's the type of service that brings customers back. A person with common since doing the right thing is actually very hard to find these days. I was expecting something along the lines of "it's store policy, sorry we can't help you" like you get with most big business now. It's funny they can never let you talk to the people that wrote the policy isn't it.
