Really appreciate the helpful people at this store. We had to go back and forth a couple times to deal with a plumbing issue and they helped us get everything we needed.

Helpful employees and they have darn near everything! I'm honestly impressed by their younger employees-they have work ethic and are helpful. (As are their older employees, it's just with young people it's rare.) I see them for all sorts of random parts and for sharpening services. Good people, good assortment of products, and very fair prices.

Love this place. When I need a hard to find piece of hardware I go here first because I know they have it. You may pay a little more but it is there and good quality.

Had what i needed and were wonderful people. Will continue to use them as much as possible.

They have a different (better?) selection that other hardware stores. Make sure you check them out before buying stuff of Amazon or other online retailers.

I was looking to purchase a replacement (E) spark plug for my weed-eater. I found what I was looking for at this location that I was unable to find in any of the (4) previous stores I visited that day. Like finding a needle in a haystack. The Vietnam Era Veteran that assisted me with my search provided excellent guidance and conversation. I will return to this store soon as needed.

The entire staff was amazing. I talked to them for 25 minutes or so. They were all interested in my project and they all seemed happy to be there. Everyone made sure I found everything I needed. Great experience.

I needed a very specific bolt ( nut ) and I only had ones that didn't fit as reference. They took some time to find what I needed. They showed that they were customer driven not just about the money. If you want honest help; Big or small, this is the place to go. They will sell you what you need not what they want you to need.

Quick and easy online pickup, good selection and helpful employees. Got me everything I needed with minimal hassle. Prices a little higher sometimes than Home Depot and Lowe's, but generally competitive. This branch is a winner for me. I prefer the hometown feel compared to the massive stores.

I am helping set up a new office next door, and it helps having an excellent neighborhood hardware store with helpful employees and excellent management a 30 second walk away. Everyone has been helpful, patient, and willing to go that extra step to make sure we have what we need to set up the office. And the prices are reasonable as well. Will be returning very soon...

Impressed with the level of small town feel, yet a great selection of all the products I was looking for. The employees were beyond helpful and pleasant. I'm used to the Lebanon location being the closest, but I had to go to west Chester for this specific occasion. Lebanon also does a wonderful job, so I'm glad to see this is how the company represents itself at other locales. Thanks westChester, I will see you next week for Frank!

Great store, definitely my go to hardware store great selection of craftsman tools. Staff is very helpful with questions and making sure you get what you need for the project your working on. Comes in handy so you don't have to make multiple trips

My local Ace Hardware store is the best. The staff really are very knowledgeable about everything I ask them about. And they are warm and friendly. They seem to carry almost everything I need so that I don't go to the larger hardware stores for help. I hope you get to visit and experience the kindness of the staff at this location. 😊

Well stocked. Has very helpful staff. Highly recommend it. Also a great place for good quality face masks, both the standard blue ones and the KN-95 masks.

I have shopped here dozens of times and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I found there prices on many items to be cheaper than the big box stores. I'll be back!
