I was looking for wiggle eyes and found the cutest ones with eyelashes. I made a cat wreath for my 3 year old granddaughter and added the eyes. She loves it!

Seems like a great location. Store was bright and clean. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

I recently took my father to Michael's to pick up some specialty paper for his watercolor business. He found what he was looking for and met a new friend/ artist and they exchanged business cards. We drove about 20 minutes to get to this Michael's because it has such a great selection.
When my father got home he found out that the paper he purchased was not exactly what he wanted. A couple days later, I drove my father back to Michael's and they allowed him to return the paper with no questions asked. We really appreciate this type of customer service and will continue to drive several miles to shop at this Michaels.
Do yourself a favor and visit the Michaels in Westchester, Ohio. He'll be glad you did!

Sweet people that are always helpful. They are always so welcoming and excited to see every customer that comes in. The manager is very sweet and she works tirelessly to keep that store in check. Good job everyone.

This was a couple of weeks ago but your employee Saved helped my friend with her gift card. Michaels had returned some gift card money to a friend of mine but for reason it wasn't showing up. The manager at Michaels wasn't very helpful, but Saved was extremely patient and knowledgeable. They were able to get my friends money back. Give them a raise. They deserve it.

They were pretty low on stock in most departments but it's right before Christmas so it was not unexpected. They have good sales and coupons. The staff was highly visible and helpful. Checkout was quick and the cashier was super friendly. I always enjoy shopping at Michaels.

I adore this Michaels! There is one worker who I see each time we visit and she is so helpful. They typically have what I'm looking for and a wide variety of planners, journals, home decor, and crafts.

This Michael's is very large and clean. They have a variety of blank T-Shirts including their own brand of soft shirts. I do not recommend them if you are looking to make a shirt though. Or size up, because they shrink significantly. Get the Bella + Canvas if you'd like something soft and quality.

Number one improvement: They are definitely more responsive about the lines at the cashier's! Wait time was minimal, store well stocked and coupons are always available. I like the range of price options for art supplies as well. Don't get there often, but still a great experience overall.

I accidentally left behind a bag from my purchase late yesterday. So I called the store this morning and they were happy to help. After confirming what I had left behind they let me know they had discovered the mistake before they closed and had the bag on hold for me to pickup when I was available. I was very relieved and appreciated how helpful they were.

Great store. Lots of items and at great prices. They had a group of kids taking a craft class and it looked like so much fun. I wanted to join.

Ididn't get the name of our cashier but honestly he is the reason that no doubt I will be back. Helpful and friendly while being patient for with a non regular customer.

I love his store! They have so many options for creating and crafting, it's absolutely inspirational to look around. Their current Christmas selection is out of this world and literally could satisfy anyone's holiday decorating taste. From greenery and whimsy to modern and elegant, they've got it all.
Also, they often have really good sales and coupons, so you save a ton of money while you indulge. All good things :)

I enjoy coming to this location. They always have a nice variety of items in stock, and employees are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you out.

Absolutely enjoy coming to this store it is a very nice & clean building. They allowed my little ones to take a few cookies they had set out even though it was for teacher day. Staff is friendly, helpful & I was able to even get the orders that I was looking for without trouble. Recommend this Micheals Store to anyone who is interested.
