I frequent the one in Mason, Ohio and Franklin, Ohio. I spend a lot of money at these locations. The reps know me. The customer service is excellent and the smoothies are delicious. The very nice guy at the Mason location had me download the mobile app to get deals. That was the best thing ever. I have been getting great deals from the app! I have to get me and my husband a smoothie for every work day that we work. They give me energy and keep me feeling full.

Staff is quick and friendly. Usually get the smoothies and these are very consistent in taste. I have gone to other TSC but this one is the best at consistently keeping these the same.

A HUGE shout out to Nick and his staff at Tropical Smoothie in Mason! Much to our surprise he delivered smoothies and sandwiches to the Warren County Health Department and we can’t say thank you enough for your generosity! We are blessed to have businesses who give back to their community and today was a wonderful example of that! Be sure to stop in and support the Mason location, and enjoy a refreshing smoothie 😊

Addicted to their Caribbean smoothie. This time I added whey protein for only a buck or so and had it as a meal. I also really like their vegetarian wrap and pesto chicken wrap. The drive thru line is pretty darn quick and I got a delicious and healthy lunch.

Love the chicken bacon ranch flatbread, along with a strawberry smoothie. Friendly staff, fast service.

we had a $50+ order and it was ready in like 10 mins! the two girls working were really friendly and actually brought our food out to us unexpectedly! the smoothies are really good and everyone likes their food :D

I've eaten here in the past and have enjoyed their food and smoothies. I have a new appreciation for their customer service after a nice donation of lunches and smoothies for us hardworking employees of the Warren County Health Department. It was a nice pick me up and it was appreciated to know that they can give back to their community. The food was great and our receiving employees were ecstatic! THANK YOU!

This place is great! My daughter and I ordered food from here and it was amazing! I’m not a smoothie person and it would be nice to have more varieties for people like me, but I just grab drinks elsewhere. The food is awesome and I would recommend this location!

I took my whole office there to celebrate a birthday over lunch! Great place to eat and super friendly staff! The chicken pesto flatbread was awesome! And my whole staff Raved about their smoothies. Best part was how fast they were with the food and smoothies! Got back with loads of time to spare!

This was my first visit....it sure won't be my last!
I went through the drive thru. They were quick and very courteous! I ordered a hummus wrap. I was not disappointed. The wrap was stuffed full of rice, black beans, tons of hummus and a medley of wonderful veggies!!! I will go back soon to try some other options!!!!

We pre-ordered our smoothies and there staff waited for my arrival to ask for a substitution for my choice of protein since the shipment had not yet arrived for the day. But they were so nice about it, saying how they were really hoping it would arrive so I could still get my first choice. Also ordered the Southwest wrap, which was so tasty!

Tried it today for the first time. Delicious food and smoothies! Clean cafe and friendly staff.

I order here for work occasionally and everyone loved it. Granted, we order catering through EZ Cater, but this location always gets us our food and smoothies early and the food and smoothies taste amazing!

I absolutely love this place! Best smoothies and great sandwiches - but their hours of operation are so unpredictable. I’m sitting in the drive-thru of Panera Bread across the street to get a less enjoyable smoothie because TSC is closed at 7 pm on a Saturday night. This happened last night too - very disappointing!

Edit - changing from 3 to 5 stars since, as of today, they are now open until 9 pm again!

Absolutely love this place! I have tried a smoothie that I didn't like from here yet. Their other food is quite delicious as well. Service is quite fast and it is nice to have a drive-thru available when I'm in a bit of a hurry or going past with my dog in the car.

More than just smoothies. One of the only fast casual restaurants with truly healthy options. Prices are reasonable and food tastes great! Only complaint is the “mixed fruit” side is sometimes just an orange or a banana. Would prefer a fruit cup of mixed fruits.

The staff are on point with their customer service, friendly atmosphere, happy place. The smoothies and food are wonderful!!

I'm obsessed. Been 2 days in a row and tried the Acai Berry Boost and the Pomegranate Plunge. Both delicious. I LOVE the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. Service is friendly. Drive Thru is quick. I am so happy I stumbled upon this place. I'll be going here *almost* daily, I have a feeling...

Tropical Smoothie is my favorite place to get a smoothie. The smoothies are always blended perfectly so you don’t have any ice chunks in your drink. If you’re looking for a food option, the chicken pesto flatbread is always a great option.
