Kohl's

I had to purchase some items for my wife, who was hospitalized, and Kohl's was near the facility. I had never shopped at the store and didn't know what to expect. I approached a store associate and told her I was buying sleepwear for my wife. She gladly pointed me in the right direction. Moments later, she joined me and began to assist me in selecting the items and singled out a few that were on sale. After making the selections, she then took the time to walk me over to the service department, where I could check out. She said it was closer and faster than going to a cashier. It was a great shopping experience, one that I owe to the kind attention I received from Melissa, who volunteered to be my personal shopper. It is rare that you receive this level of service at a retail store these days. I will be shopping at Kohl's again.

Julie is absolutely amazing ! She helped me find every toy I was looking for for my children during the holidays. She always greets me with so much kindness and helps me find whatever I need ! Thank you Julie !

My Mom and I shopped on a Monday afternoon before Thanksgiving. The store wasn’t crowded. We got great sales, found what we were looking for and the cashier’s were very friendly. This was in the Massapequa location.

I always find something here. They have many choices in all price ranges for men, women, children, shoes, toys, cards/wrapping paper, housewares, and kitchen items. Easy to return an item but also an Amazon drop off location, both on the second floor. Store is clean and bright and has a well stocked Sephora store right inside on the first floor. I recently bought cute slouch boots and was even able to find tights and stockings. Choose sale days or Kohl's cash back days for additional savings.

At the Kohls store in Massapequa there is an Ulta Department. The salesgirls there are very knowledgeable about their merchandise and very helpful. A young woman named Bryanna helped me chose the right item for me.

Sephora is not just a store... it is an addiction. Great customer service and incredible products. Thanks again Skylar for all of your help. Be back soon!

For this close to Xmas, it was a great shopping experience. Very helpful saleswoman, friendly and helpful cashier. I was in and out in half-hour.

I went to pick up an online order. Half was at customer service, half was at self pick up for some reason. The lady was nice enough to let me skip the line to come back to get what was in customer service after I picked up at the self pick up area.

I had quite the lovely experience in Kohls today, I was shopping for some splendid shoes and the worker Mr.Evan was an amazing help! He answered all questions thoroughly and extremely enthusiastically! I recommend him for a big raise and promotion!

Seems they have updated the store lately, somewhat, better half commented it appears more selection in women's clothes, faster service. Employees are always the better part of the experience.

Dianne saw I needed help & guided me through several sections of the dept's in which I was shopping. Dianne was cheerful, thorough, knowledgeable & completely professional in her actions. I actully purchased more items than had planned, but very happy to do so! Dianne Delmonte made my trip a complete treat. She is an asset to the Kohl's company. I will make it certain to look for Dianne Delmonte on my next trip to kohl's!!
