First time customer. Bought a microwave from Alan, who made it a quick and easy purchase. Good price and an extended warranty. Here's how good an experience it was. Our refrigerator went down a few days later, and we went right back to Plesser's, and specifically Alan, for the new one. Again, good price, extended warranty and a good overall experience. Both were delivered and installed a few days later and that was done cleanly and efficiently by the delivery service. Good overall experience. Would recommend both Plesser's and Alan.

We just bought a new washer/dryer from Plesser's, and our experience was much better than the big box stores. At other stores, we always feel as though sales associates are hounding us the second we walk in the door, and at Plesser's we felt we were given ample time to look around on our own and then chat with their sales associate when we were ready. Our sales associate was Michael Erhart, and he did a great job of explaining the differences between the models we were looking at and ultimately what would work best in our home. We are so glad we were able to support a local, small business for this purchase.

My wife & I walked in with not a clue. We left with a new set of appliances for our new kitchen project. We were shown all of our options and different possibilities. Our Sales Associate Pete Romano was extremely knowledgable and understood our needs and wants. He showed us every price point and worked within our project budget. He went above and beyond by finding rebates and incentives that lowered our costs. He provided us with appliance details to submit to our cabinet provider and contractor allowing for a perfect installation. We couldn't be happier.

My experience was awesome, especially in dealing with Eugene Coughlin ("Gene"). From my initial phone call to delivery, Gene took care of my concerns, thorough with his explanations, and, most importantly, he was always quick in getting back to me. Highly recommend Gene if you plan to go through Plesser's - not only did I get a great fridge at a great price, but also made a friend.

We went to Plesser's to see if the pricing we had from another store was in the ballpark. Michael Erhart showed us around and explained the deference in the models we were considering. I ended up purchasing the range we had previously decided on and the matching fridge & dishwasher. Michael is well informed about all the products we viewed. He has a great personally and is not the typical pushy salesperson. It was a relaxing and enjoyable purchase.

This was my second time using Plesser's and my second time being thoroughly impressed with their offerings, prices and customer support. Working with John to place my order could not have been easier or faster. John answered all my questions, made appropriate recommendations and is even holding my items in their warehouse until I am ready for delivery. Wait, they are going to deliver it on my schedule?! Amazing. I recommend Plesser's 100%

We were so happy with our initial purchase(washer/dryer) with Pete Romano we came back and ordered all our new kitchen appliances with Pete. He was extremely insightful, professional and personable. He also was patient and thorough.

Great price, great service, fast delivery -- in short, everything you would want from an appliance store. Our salesperson, Ian Howard, was a pleasure to work with, and the free extended warranty was a great bonus. We'll buy all our appliances from them in future, and hope to have Ian as our salesperson again. Highly recommended!

My mother has been going to Plesser’s for over 30 years. When the time came for me to make my first home appliance purchase, it only made sense to go to Plesser’s first. I worked with Eric and he was so kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the process so simple. I couldn’t recommend Eric or Plesser’s enough! They’re a company that stands by the products they sell.

I was looking for a Kitchenaid cooking range for my rental apartment. I saw a number of options available. I called and Mario Perez skillfully and patiently explained to me the differences. Most importantly there was no pressure and he showed me that for my purposes, I did not have to get the most expensive range. Ordering was easy as I was able to do it in the same phone call.

Peter was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful associate. He made the buying process easy and walked me through all my options for a refrigerator and stove. Plesser’s prices are the best and they won’t be undersold. Dealing with a family owned business is great as they really care about their customers. Their delivery and installation team is excellent and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. All around great service and I will be coming back to Plesser’s for all my home needs.

We recently bought an LG washer & dryer from Plesser’s, and the entire shopping experience was excellent. Emily was outstanding in assisting us with this purchase. She quickly assessed and understood our situation, and with her knowledge and expertise presented several options. Emily had the utmost patience and went above and beyond with the customer service provided. Delivery of appliances was prompt and handled with much care. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Plesser’s.

We enjoy the great service and great prices. Their sales team are very professional and easy to deal with! Recommend greatly. On our last purchase, Michael Echart did a great job. Certainly worth checking their price and availability on any major future purchase!

We just bought a dishwasher from Plesser’s and are so happy with our experience. We had shopped around at other places but Plesser’s has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. We were helped right away without having to wait like the others stores we visited. Our sales associate, Michael Erhart, was able to tell us the differences between the brands and gave us great guidance. The big box store sales reps knew nothing and could provide us no help. We got a great deal and were out of the store within 15 minutes. I’ll only buy here from now on.

Peter Romano was one of the most pleasant & helpful salesman I have ever encountered. He was low key and provided me all the information I needed to make a decision on a difficult problem. A day later I was back and he made the sale. I will deal with Plesser's for my future appliance purchases.

Just purchased some major appliances, worked with Pete and it was a absolute pleasure. Received a great price and excellent service, I would rather keep my purchases local than with the big box stores. All in all a pleasant, low pressure, positive experience. We have more appliances in mind and they will be our first stop.

Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and had the good fortune to work with Jennifer. She answered all my questions and concerns. I was not sure if the refrigerator came with wheels which was an item that was important to me so she contacted her sales rep immediately and provided me with a quick response. Plesser's also offered an extended warranty for free above and beyond the manufactures and she was quick to point that out. That nailed the sale for me. I will be sure to do business with Plesser's again.

I used Plesser for purchasing my appliances. Salesperson Jennifer O'Brien was of Utmost help. She guided me through my purchase easily and answered all of my questions, even after I called her three times. She was very nice and pleasant! Very knowledgeable! Give her a chance at a sale and you won't be sorry!

A pleasure to work with. This company has been around a long time and has great prices on their appliances. Eugene Coughlin was very courteous during the buying process and personable. Gary in the warehouse called me later in the day just to make sure everything was accurate nice man.
They are very true to their slogan “treat the customer with respect”. Would purchase again in a heartbeat!

not my first time dealing with this store but i returned for the great service, knowledge , and willing to take as much time to explain all charges. mario was great at helping us make the correct purchase with all the options we required. he has a great sense of humor which we found made the transaction feel like we dealt with family as opposed to a salesman.
