Come here often to do my Amazon returns lol but I love their decor. I bought a cute holiday moose for decorations at a great price with the Amazon returns coupon for $5 off.

Went for a Father's Day gift. Lots of choices, good variety. Got what I needed. No waiting at the check out.

I had gone in to do an Amazon return, but saw a very nice outfit on a mannequin for my son. Didn't immediately see the outfit for purchase in the vicinity. Illiana was near by and when I asked for assistance, she immediately was very knowledgeable with the area and found me the outfit in he size I needed. Just great customer service. I really appreciated it.

Staff is nice and say hello. They ask if they can help find items in the store. This one has a mini Sephora and the gals are helpful.

I like this Kohl location, it’s bigger compared to other kohls and usually not that busy during morning time. Amazon drop off is all the way at the back like all other Kohl stores.

Stopped in to make an Amazon return. Great signage and an easy process. I do appreciate that they offer this service.

I come here for Amazon Returns like many other Kohls. Fast service and get a 15% off coupon or $5 off coupon which doesn't buy much but I don't buy from Kohls since I find them too pricy for my taste. Fast decent returns!

Kohl's is a store you like to shop for quality and price. Too bad they don't have anymore a jewelry department.

Great option to return Amazon deliveries. While there, found deals on items. Very clean and well organized departments, and adequate staffing for an excellent shopping experience.

I went in to return some Amazon items and it was an easy, quick process. I was in and out of there even though I had 6 items to return. The lady in front of me didn't even start the process through Amazon before coming in so the Kohl's associate walked her through it on her phone. Very nice customer service.

Most favourite store ! Has a wide variety of clothes, beauty products, few electronics. For men, women, kids and infants. Good place to pick up your formal and casual dresses. Always have new collections to choose from. I enjoyed shopping through the night on Thanksgiving.
Their offers and discounts are very tempting.

Noticed on my recent first visit to Kohl's that they provide a very valuable service on top of their fine department store. This time my visit was to return a purchase from Amazon. I did not even have to seal the box the product came in, just provide the enclosed paperwork and Kohl's took care of the rest. Thank you.
