Staff is so friendly and helpful especially since I'm clueless when it comes to cars!! Ample parking is great! We've always gotten great products from them! Highly recommend!

Andrew and everyone else in this store are amazing people. Always helps out with everything, gives advice on how to do certain jobs and even is available to help out. Usually I’m on a weekly basis and I always look forward to going In knowing i will be greeted with a smile.

Don't really go myself to Auto Zone often, But I went to get my windshield wipers and RAIDER VIC was a down to earth man. We need more people like Raider Vic and I thank him for his Service he is a U.S Veteran as well. keep hiring good ones Auto Zone. went above and beyond for sure will be returning thanks to Vic.

Niguel provided us excellent customer service today. He tested our battery and replaced it all within less than 30 minutes. Great attitude and his help was very much appreciated!!! Highly recommend this location if you're looking for help with a battery issue. Thanks again AutoZone

Better experience this last time i went in. Went in for oil and oil filter and was greeted pretty quick. Better service keep it up. Remember as a former AZ employee I know what DM's look for and when I go to stores as a regular customer and see lack of service its somewhat disappointing knowing the standards that are set.

The employees always are helpful and pleasant. Usually have what I’m looking for and easy to return items if needed.

Andrew is such a kind hearted dude. Used ride share to go to his store and get coolant for our overheated car. I was with my girls and a cat in a carrier. It was 110 outside and Andrew welcomed us with a smile. He checked on our newly adopted cat and even offered us bottled water, on the house. We will never forget how Andrew and his Autozone store gave us something to be thankful for on a scorching and miserable day. ANDREW ROCKS!

Store is supplied with plenty of parts and accessories. The parking lot is a bit dirty and oily from all the leaking vehicles coming in for parts. Don’t slip!

This store is excellent. I called them and they were friendly, energetic and eager to help. I brought my car to the store so they could test the battery. Hector in particular, was exceptionally helpful,. He tested the battery, determined it was faulty and promptly replaced it under warranty. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I will gladly drive the extra miles to bring them my business.

Good store and great service. The worker /manager I forgot his name but it sounded like Gilberto. The older guys have more knowledge.

Our break lights weren't working, so we were in desperate need of new ones right away! Francisco was very kind and put in the light bulbs for us. We appreciated his professionalism and customer service!

Excellent service. I needed to get my car battery replaced and remembered getting great service at the auto zone in the Pasadena location so I came here to give business to auto zone. Service rep saved me money by letting me know of my warranty and replaced my car battery as well. Auto zone, you have a repeat customer in me forever.

I got stranded at 8:30 at night with my six-year-old son. The manager and his coworker was so helpful they went the extra mile to help me fix the problem. Thanks to them I got home safely. Thank you AutoZone for employing great people like them that go the extra mile.
