Tons of parking!!! I went in today just to browse and ended up making a large purchase. Lol. Unfortunately, I didnt get the cashiers name nor is it on my receipt but her customer service was impeccable. Its not something that can be taught and it flowed naturally. I work in customer service and would like her to be part of our team. :) Went in 3/15 around 10:40

My first time visiting this Michaels in Monrovia on a Sunday afternoon. I went online to see if my products were in stock, and they were. Lots of parking in and around the store. The store was crowded but it was easy to ask an employee where things were located. The store was fully stocked compared to other Michaels stores near me. Check out went smoothly. I will be coming back to this Monrovia store.

It's always one of my go-to places when I visit the US. It's very clean. They have bright lights, so it's easier to see what you're looking for. Reasonable prices too!

Every time I step into Michael's, I feel like there's always some kind of sale. This time around, their garden pots and planters were 50% off. You can usually find a coupon online to apply to a store order. Julie helped me checkout today and was very pleasant and helpful.

I love using Michaels online ordering and curb pick up. It makes it super easy to get what I need without getting distracted by a million things and buying more🤦‍♀
Also, they always have a great discount area where I pick up inexpensive craft kits for the kids. For a couple of bucks the kids get entertained, even if its past holiday things. Right now all the Christmas stuff is 80% off...and I am okay with the kids decorating a tree ornaments in February 🤣 or if you're super organized save it for next year!

I like Michael's...however it was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE due to POOR air-condtion. I felt as if I would pass out, a few others had hand held fans. I plan not to return to Michael's soon. It was a scary moment for me.

1st time trying to access a online coupon. I gave up. A line of people began to form behind me. I left the phone on the counter and was willing to pay full price. The checker scrolled down on my cell and scanned the coupons for me. I saved like $17. She made my day. So helpful. Thank you.

Great customer service, went over and beyond to help me.. and that was just on the phone. I was looking for a specific item.. (button press) when i called, the employee located one, and made sure everything was inside, she stated the seal was broken. Then she told me there were parts missing and if she can place me on hold to see if they had another one, I was assuming at another location. She comes back to advised me that she located a sealed one and she will place it on hold till the end of the night. She was awesome and helpful.

My go to craft store. They usually have what I am looking for. Lots of coupons offered online, and discounts in store. Friendly cashiers that are knowledgeable in crafts.

Super friendly staff at this location. The store is wheelchair accessible and has pick-up parking spots right out front for those who want their order-ahead items delivered to them at their vehicles. They have a great selection and are super helpful when items are out of stock and will help you locate it at another store. I love that despite covid, the staff is still so eager to help and chat about projects. This place has been a haven in the chaos!

Had exactly what we needed for Christmas. A mini tree with mini ornaments.
