My sister and her husband, my husband and I just bought campers from Kamper City. It was a great experience. Every single person we talked to treated us well. They were all very helpful
and knowledgeable. Great prices too. You should definitely check them out. We can't say enough good things about them.

I'd been looking at RVs for a couple of years without encountering a dealer - and a deal - that checked all my boxes. Finally did with Kamper City. Pulled the trigger a couple of months ago (during a very good 50th Anniversary sale) on a beautiful trailer, and I couldn't be happier! Kamper City is not a high pressure place. More family or community style. My sales guy Chris was a great listener and actually helped me zero in on the handful of models that really fit my needs. I'm a camper van kind of dude but at 6'5" that wasnt going to work. Chris showed me some workable alternatives I could actually tow with my jeep. Love that. Financing staff got the job done to my satisfaction. Amy and the whole service team is super cool and helpful. I even love their location, on the edge of Cuyahoga Valley. Check these guys out, I'd say they deserve your business.

We tried Camping World of Akron a few times but they treat customers very poorly.

Thankfully Kamper City was there to help us out without all the runaround & nonsense. We were treated wonderfully, the buying process was phenomenal, the demonstration (although long) was worthwhile and informative. We will definitely be repeat customers. Our popup camper is PERFECT!

This place is the preferred place to buy a camper!!! Their customer service and service department are out of this world. Let me explain.

Matt the service manager, Mike the technician, Dave the technician, Amy in parts, Amy in service and Chris the salesman were all friendly, helpful and truly just went above and beyond with everything they did. Even before I met everyone, anyone I spoke with was helpful and patient.

The price was absolutely fair for the used camper we got that was in really good condition... They took the time to do a thorough walk through with us to ensure we knew how to use it and care for it. I asked a lot of questions and repeated myself a lot to make sure I understood and Mike was very patient with that.

We noticed something was off on our awning. Matt and Mike took the time to fix it right after we noticed it.

Then like a stroke of bad luck something happened to our tongue Jack and they replaced that on the spot! This crew is amazing

We had a bike rack on the back of the camper and Dave stopped us before we left because he was concerned about our safety due to the weight distribution. He recommended sway bars or getting an entirely different bike rack. We opted for sway bars that Mike promptly installed for us.

Amy from parts was thoughtful to my son who wanted some candy but didn’t have change.

Jason and Chris were honest about our trade in pop up and we made a good choice with it as a result of the advice.

I cannot stress enough just how unique of an experience this was. These people are genuine and fair. I felt like I was with family.

I haven’t had any other service with them yet because the camper is not in need of service yet but I’m sure it’ll be a quality job and fair price. I’ll update the review after we have had the camper for a while.

2023 and we are still absolutely committed to Kamper City being the best service provider around. We bought another camper from them to! Matt is what makes that place run so smooth and provides top quality service.

Bought a new camper at the IX Center RV Show and picked it up a week ago. I am very happy with Kamper City making the whole process easy and saving me money. They even did a couple modifications at no cost to ease using an APAP (Auto-adjusting positive airway pressure machine to treat sleep apnea). Their attention to detail was very thorough. Awesome people that are very friendly no pressure sales, large selection. Ken and Chris are nice guys who are ready to answer questions and help with making a selection and get you on your way, with a fair deal. Family owned and operated, father and daughter very friendly and helpful. My wife Emily and I would recommend shopping Kamper City!!!

I traveled 400 miles to purchase an East to West travel trailer because they were $2400 cheaper than any closer dealer. Anthony responded to my online inquiry very quickly and was great to deal with. I was very impressed by Tyler, who performed the orientation and he was very thorough and attentive to any questions or concerns. All of the employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to Kamper City for service, if they were closer. Oh, and the soft pretzel, hot dog and lemonade were very much appreciated!

We were looking for a camper in our budget. Ken was so helpful. We originally was going to get a different camper it was a little small. He showed us one that just came in and was below our budget. It had everything we wanted. He went out of his way to help us. We got our first pop up 3 years ago from them. So we traded it in for this camper. We are definitely happy. Great service Ken and also the finance department was great also. Everyone is so nice. Definitely recommend Kamper City. Thanks again Ken.

We just purchased a new left over 2022 Aspen Trail. Our experience was top notch from start to finish. Anthony was very informative and straightforward. The advertised price was the price that we purchased it for, with no hidden fees or charges. On the day of delivery, Larry spent plenty of time to show us every feature and operation of our trailer. I feel that we were treated fairly and honestly from start to finish. Highly recommended !

Couldn’t ask for better service no pressure sales. No salesmen has to go with u and ask u a million questions like other dealerships where u have to go through the front of the building to even look at a camper. Chris our salesman and the entire team treated us as if we were family and went above and beyond my expectations. I bought a preloved camper for an extremely reasonable price and the young man whom prepped my camper for me prior to pickup went way above by replacing anything that was missing or damaged. So if u want to be treated as if your family and not just a sale go see Chris and the team at kamper city I assure u that you won’t be disappointed

From start to finish this experience was phenomenal. Anthony was our salesman. He was most polite and considerate of us as first time camper owners. We have been tent campers for over 30 years. We purchased the 2022 Flagstaff 206LTD which we love! Cannot wait till the next camping trip. Larry our customer prep and demonstrator was very knowledgeable and humorous. Alice in finance was very patient and friendly. I wish I could remember the young man who helped hook our vehicle up to the camper. He was super kind and clear in all of his explanations. ALL of the staff at Kamper City were most welcoming and friendly.

Our families 1st travel trailer buying experience was great at Kamper City and would recommend them to anyone. We have already started making great memories with the kids!

Top notch service! This place beat out all companies effortlessly. communication, service, value just to name a few! Mike the service technician is very knowledgeable and took the time to comb through the camper with us and explained all we needed to know to be successful. Alice and Jason in sales had everything ready for us as soon as we arrived. When you leave this place you can trust that you have been well taken care of.

We went in to just get an idea of what we wanted and we walked out the new owners of a 5th Wheel. Paul and Amy Baker made everything so smooth. We had to add a few options to the trailer and they ordered those parts right away for us. I am so excited we actually get to spend 2 months in our new rig this camping season instead of having to wait for it to be delivered months down the line. What a great experience for us.

We got a great deal on a 2022 KZ Sportsmen camper compared to other local dealers near us (we live in Portage Co) My husband and I are also very appreciative for ALL of the help Mike provided us when he went over the entire camper with us the day of pickup! Can’t Say Enough Matt Service Manager Jason My Salesman went above and beyond my wife Paula and I have never been so pleased this is why we by out of state in Newport Rhode Island is because of great customer service they treat you like family always welcoming and never say no they always say I’ll get right back to you and they do there store is the only store they own and it’s nice knowing there not a big chain that puts you on the back burner also the Technicians also great you with a great attitude it’s just breath taking so thank you who ever the owners are you should be proud keep the staff that you have because it all works it was worth 622 miles one way thank you

Came here with my family. We enjoyed the fact that we could walk around and check different RVs without being rushed. We spent over an hour looking at different interior designs. When we make the final decision most likely we will buy the RV from this place.

This place is fantastic. A friend of ours is in the process of purchasing a travel trailer through a different dealer and the differences between Kamper City and others are staggering the hidden fees the up charges and the overall demeanor towards potential customers are night and day. That process they are going through reminded me how good of an experience I had with you guys so thank you very much we are currently happily staying in our travel trailer and everyone loves it we love it and I hope everyone knows the difference between buying from a giant chain compared to your legit operation you guys have done fantastic.
