I traveled to Hudson, Ohio & while there found a cozy little coffee shop. The Heartwood Coffee Roasters caught my eye, so I stopped in to have a cup. The shop is definitely popular with the local crowd, it was busy for sure. As I waited to order, I like the vibe & atmosphere, very inviting & calm. The staff were pleasant & helpful, assisted me with making my coffee selection & food order. I decided on the chocolate latte & breakfast sandwich. My order was up quick & then I made my way over to the last table available. I sat and enjoyed my hot & tasty coffee, the chocolate was the perfect amount, it was overpowering. I then moved on to the scrumptious breakfast sandwich. I truly enjoyed my morning & glad that I stopped to have coffee there. If you like a great cup of coffee, I strongly recommend you give this place a try.

Heartwood is one of our favorite coffee roasters and shops in northeast Ohio! Always quality service and products, you know what you’re going to get. Interesting and ambitious seasonal drinks too that are always worth a try!

Still the BEST coffee around.

Max makes the best Cortado around. It’s very hard to find a good Cortado up here in the Northeast area. Down to Miami Florida no problem. With one exception here at Hearthwood coffee roasters in Hudson. Max has perfected the Cortito. It makes me want to come here every single day. The price is right too. $2.50 just like many places in Florida. They make a fantastic Americano too. This coffee shop has a beautiful interior with a mezzanine and outside seating. This location also has a semi private room with some children’s toys and books off to the side. A great place for a meeting or to entertain a child while you’re enjoying coffee with your adult friend. They recently added a very comfortable couch in their seating area too. The people are friendly and welcoming. Just a great way to start your day.

Heartwood is my wife and my go-to place for coffee in Hudson. I'm hesitant to say that because I don't really want it to attract more attention. It's often very busy and difficult to find a table at certain hours. The coffee is excellent and the food is too. We usually go with the quinoa bowl and the yogurt and granola bowl to supplement our coffee. I was a little disappointed yesterday because the tomatoes didn't seem quite right, but all things considered it was great.

Inside has a work-away-from-home/meeting-friendly atmosphere. We choose to sit outside as the weather was beautiful. The staff accommodated my request. The smoked maple latte was surprisingly pleasant.

Such a great atmosphere and staff! Coffee is good and the gluten free breakfast cookies are delicious! Love meeting friends or doing some work here.

By far my favorite coffee shop in the area! One thing that really sticks out is that they put effort into remembering your name. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and the coffee is absolutely fantastic every single time.

Another day in Ohio, a different coffee shop to try out. Cute spot and plenty of parking. Out of all the coffee shops we visited, this place had the most friendliest of customer service. It was just amazing.
Nice and cozy inside. A couple of tables. They sell their beans and several types of coffee makers, merch, and knickknacks.
We tried their Cappuccino, very good. Nice and smooth. A lavender latte, my sister loved it. A Chai Latte it was good but too sweet for me. A breakfast sandwich. Delicious, bagel, bacon, egg, arugula, and a pepper relish. The pepper relish made this breakfast sandwich.
We will definitely be returning when we return to Ohio.

The coffee is delicious, and the food is great! Only downside is when there’s no where to sit and enjoy coffee with friends, but Heartwood is also located in a great spot with little shops you can walk around and enjoy, so it isn’t the worst thing in the world 😊

Great coffee, reasonable price. Me and my wife enjoyed it. The staff so awesome and she was confident to recommended the drink for me and it is 1 of the best coffee I ever tried in Ohio.

I literally walked in and it’s beautiful and PACKED and I knew immediately I’d love this place… next door they have a smaller restaurant called “Good Grief” and they make AMAZING BURRITOS and bowls!! Breakfast and lunch I mean I am SO impressed with the staff at both the coffee shop/restaurant. AND!! PRICES WERE FAIR AND AFFORDABLE AF!!!

Best Coffee shop in Hudson, hands down. The taste of the espresso and cold brew. The egg bowls, pastries, and sandwiches. The service!! This place is top notch.

Very nice quaint coffee shop. They make a great cappuccino or Cortana. The interior is quite lovely as they just renovated it. It has two levels with a balcony. There is also outside seating. They usually have different pastries and cookies to choose from. They also have free Wi-Fi.

Months and many coffee shops later this is still my favorite coffee shop for taste and value. They know how to make a great shot of expresso and turn it into many fantastic drinks. My favorite is a Cortado. The staf is friendly and inviting. They remember your name even if you haven’t been in for a while. Great atmosphere, very peaceful.

The best coffee I have ever had. Taste and the milk used. But $18 for a 12 oz bag of coffee is well, offensive. Greed knows no bounds, even for the small private businesses.

Happened to stumble upon this place by accident. Very pleasant surprise! I was greeted by two very friendly baristas. After I told them I’d never been there before, I was excitedly shown the coffee and tea list. Ended up trying a special combination of coffee, chocolate, and cayenne pepper. It was spicy, flavorful, and delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out!

Check my past reviews... I don't usually write them unless it's really good or really bad. This place is great... the coffee is pretty darn good and I travel the east coast in search of great coffee. This place is close on my list to another in Canton OH, Beckley WV, and Philly PA.

Their egg quinoa bowl is great... and last time I had their Banana Honey Peanut Butter toast. They actually care to make great food here and present it will too. Atmosphere is great when passing through for work meetings.

My fav coffee place for the past few years. Yesterday I was there. I noticed that they removed the "tipping screen" when paying. THANK YOU! These guys get it. This is only 1 of many reasons why this place is awesome!!!

Fantastic coffee shop! Great atmosphere with phenomenal coffee. Also a great place to do some work or hang out with friends.

Best coffee around. Great coffee, friendly staff and delicious pastries.

This place is tucked in the back of a small retail area in Hudson. Charming and delicious, it is highly worth the very slight 'off the beaten path' location. The coffee is delicious! Tried the Miel (honey) latte, which is a good blend of slight natural sweet with espresso. But lavender is very good as well. Small bakery selection of food, with typical prices, but still tasty. Check it out.
