First time in the store and staff was awesome! Everett was super helpful and I didn’t get the lady at checkouts name but also very helpful. Could tell they both were knowledgeable about puppy care, and we’re both very polite! Keep up the great customer service! I Will definitely be returning to this store!

I rarely give out five-star reviews. However, my partner and I came here a week ago in the evening from Uniontown, and it wouldn't be possible to get better service then what we received from both the manager and the cashier. The more I think about it, this was the best service I've received at *any* retailer in quite some time.

Visited the store because of a suspected pet allergy. The staff was so helpful in providing information and a product that our pet loves. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer centered shopping experience. Becca and her team are great at answering questions about their products and providing resources and I love they can order products, even if they are on sale. Our dog really likes the Red Barn beef air dried dog food they carry and we use the pet wash stations they have in the store frequently. Highly recommend checking them out for your pet's needs.

This was my first experience with the free delivery. My time was limited and noticed my usual backup bag was not there to get me through the weekend. The service was wonderful to assist me in this time crunch and have mentioned to several at Danbury that this is a great accommodation for their pet needs as many do not have vehicles and access to get pet food ... Thank you!

Hollywood Feed has excellent products , the store is clean and neat, and if you are on their frequent buyer program you get a free bad of food after you buy so many bags. I appreciate that!

Becca was amazing. She made me feel welcomed gave me a pleasurable experience. It wasn’t my first time at the store but it was my best time thanks to Becca. She really knows how to make a guy feel good. If Becca is there I’ll come again and again. Thanks so much

Today was our first time in the shop and we’ll be back! There was an impressive selection of dog food/treats and the employees were incredibly helpful. My dog is really picky when it comes to treats and the employees were so patient with him. My dog didn’t care for the first two samples they offered, but third time was a charm. We were so excited to find a treat that our picky eater liked lol

Liz & Becca are absolutely amazing! They helped me find the perfect food for my puppy Palo who has had tummy issues. Highly recommend them! Very informative and very friendly staff!

Our "fur child" Roxy was diagnosed with severe allergies, so severe that we were limited to exactly two brands of dog food that she could consume. Hollywood Feed "HF" in Hudson, Ohio worked diligently with us over the past 10 months to locate & secure these foods and now provides the one brand that Roxy loves & eats. Two specific HF representatives, Liz and Becca, have answered our countless phone calls and worked diligently with the manufacturer to ensure that her food is available. They have always provided professional and "personable" assistance, a rare combination of support these days. Kudos to them and HF

Took my pup in for a bath at the Spaw. They made sure I had the shampoo I needed and even gave her some treats when we were done. Always helpful, happy and knowledgeable!

Becca has really been helpful in trying to switch my dogs off a Hydrolyzed protein diet to some of their dog food. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend the Hudson Pet People store!

Best place ever! My cat just wasn't eating. Until NOW! The lady that helped me, saved my cat life! Gigi LOVES her cat food. KOHA Poke Bowls! Gigi was so happy to eat on her first day! I cried for joy! So, if you have issues with your animals with food. Please stop buying everything....just go to this store. They have strong knowledge about animals!
