Good service and is good for quick and convenient shopping for daily needs that are necessary for grooming and bathing. A place in the neighborhood for neighbors to pick up medical prescriptions on the way home.

Monica the Pharmacist is absolutely wonderful! Along with her four employees all women. They treated me completely. They have great customer service skills and empathy for the customers needing assistance. They love people and their job so much. They are making the company look fantastic! Cvs needs to give people like Monica and Natalie a raise. They certainly don’t need to be taught manners and customer service skills. The five stars also goes to Erick that was the one willing to help out and fortunately the women crew took over and did help. They don’t seem lazy, incompetent and annoyed by people coming to fill in a prescription. It seems nothing is bothering them and they don’t act as if they are doing you a favor! Um yes, you have a job because us customers love to come to your store. I’m not done with this pharmacy for good! Definitely bother with this place.

All the employees in this store are absolutely fantastic!! Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better bunch! Eli, Brittney, Aubree, & Ryan are such a joy to encounter every time I shop at this cvs! Eli is so incredibly patient with me and Brittney is always so helpful with finding items! I feel lucky to have such a friendly neighborhood CVS, I can't wait to go back and visit each week ! The store is always clean, well stocked and the bathrooms are in excellent condition.

Excellent customer service at the Pharmacy, I've been coming here for about a year. The pharmacy staff remember my name and are very friendly. Many times they have gone out of their way to rush my Asthma inhahaler to me. They have called and spoke to my doctor for my refills and have always been very professional to me. I transferred all my meds. from Rite-Aid because of their service. I have already called and spoke to a supervisor at CVS Eagle Rock and let her know how pleased I am with their great service.

Need to say that Gabriel was beyond helpful in dealing with me trying to figure out the photo machine. He was patient, nice, personable and got my photos done how I wanted them. 5 starts for him!

Omg.. finally someone who's nice.. fast..polite and professional...Javier ROCKS...!!!!... he has a style that's fun to watch when he's ringing up merchandise..but more so.. he was NICE..not to many associates at this store are nice..in fact.. there's a manager who's just upright rude besides ghetto..but back to this young man... the store is lucky to have him...thank you Javier...

I went in to this pharmacy today because a CVS pharmacy in Orange County had given me a bad batch of prenatal vitamins. The female pharmacist that helped me today was so kind and explained to me what I had to do to get a new bottle of prenatal vitamins. She made sure my baby and I were taken care of and I really appreciate it. I prayed a Chaplet of Divine Mercy for her when I left. jmj

Got my COVID vaccine… the pharmacist was prompt her hand was light that I didn’t even feel the poke of the needle on my skin until she told me that I am all done and that I should seat for 15 minutes.

Mariah is the most perfect employee I have ever had the chance too meet. She had my prescription in a flash and even remembers my birthday from a previous visit

Items were stocked well and the store was presentable. Keep up the good work.
