Kroger

Found what I needed. The digital coupons are becoming easier to use. You don't have to scan your Kroger card at the register if you make a shopping list beforehand on the Kroger website. However, you can add groceries using your cell phone while at the store as well.

I shop here weekly for all of my groceries. They have an awesome natural food section and organic produce...I am vegan raw so I am so grateful that they have healthy food at a healthy price.... they have Walmart prices with the small intimate shopping. The customer service is great also

Intermittent crowds, services are very good, additional workers are quickly provided during backups.

Lines are typically not more than 4 deep. Cashiers are professional and support for the self service are readily available to assist.

While other stores are struggling, this Kroger is a gem and I’m grateful to have it be the nearest to me. They do an incredible job of keeping things stocked and rotated. All of the employees we’ve come across so far are pleasant and doing a good job. There’s rarely a wait at registers and it’s even rarer that they are out of stock on something I need. They clearly have good leadership to keep something like that up.

Love shopping here. Nice staff good food. There isn’t much to complain about if anything at all.

Well I can only say during the times between 11:00 am and 2:30 pm ,, not even close to waiting a long time to pay for your items.

I like this location better than the other Tara Blvd location. This location is bright, clean, friendly staff. However I think they need a larger building. With the holidays soon, the aisles are crammed with extra items. Customers block the way, so you have to a big circle to get around them. You can barely get a cart through some of the spaces.
Then you have families with at least two of those car carts. Today they blocked 2 aisles having a family conference.

This is the best Kroger's in the state. Everytime I go in there I always have a wonderful experience even in peek hours. This is the only five star rating I've given to anyone and they deserve it. I don't know who does the hiring for this place but they are doing a fantastic job at finding and cultivating great customer service. This is also the only place ever that I had called back to the store an gave a good report to the manager about one of their employees that impressed me the most with her impeckable customer service skills. An she helped me with pleasure. They also have a gas station that carries the same enthusiasm. I can't stop giving them kudos, it's a great grocery store

I give them a 10 out of 5 honestly, had to break some news to a family member and was really nervous. Went to get a cookie cake made and hands down best staff. I was so anxious I couldn't think of what to say, not only did a young man in the bakery help also some members of the deli. They helped me as much as possible and were beyond friendly.

It was breathtaking trying to decide the flower arrangement to get at this location. It was very hard to pick from all the beautiful arrangements. Ms. Jocelyn does the best job I have every seen making flower arrangements.

I love the workers and how they treat people when people shop.this Kroger make me feel great everytime cause they greet me and smile and always say thank you for shopping at Krogers

One of the best. I feel so safe inside the store, I can really shop and not just run in and run out. The employees seem so energetic and happy. The management must really be on the ball.

I'm going to be honest, this is by far the cleanest Kroger in town and more organized. The one in McDonough and Fayette county are pretty cluttered, unorganized and they look pretty dirty. Customer service is not that bad either. Although the 2 location in Fayetteville has more options I still prefer shopping at this kroger.

The store is great. I love the early and late night reductions in some of the products/food. The 24 hour service is good for late night persons who are unable to shop doing regular business hours.

Great customer service...Julian in the deli area was extremely customer oriented...Prices on the deli sandwiches are fantastic, & they do a great job preparing them made to order...Very convenient location, and weekly sales are generally very good...

The only I would consider and continue to visit, well stocked, hospitality is slam excellent and helpful. Clean! clean! clean!
