CVS

I called in my script about 15 minutes or so before arriving. Not only was the young lady pleasant on the phone, she said that she would have it ready AND try to grab the OTC meds as well.

When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by the pharmacy and everyone working there was absolutely a joy! They politely answered all of out questions and the young lady at the register ensured that I got all of the discounts that I could since I have an extra care pass. The pharmacist came over and asked if I had any questions and explained some of the side effects from one of the meds.

I felt welcome and valued. We were in an out in just a few minutes. Stellar service, thank you!

I called this CVS today and asked a store clerk if he would go out of his way to see if a particular item was on the store shelf for my 88 year old mother. Charles came back quickly with a light smile in his voice to say, "Yes Ma'm I have it right here for you". And yes, I asked his name because now I was smiling because of him. Now first great customer service and then a friendly reply. I should say the cashier Jessica was equally nice when I was meeting Charles and sharing a fist bump. BTW, the pharmacy was nice when they transferred me to talk to the front of the house.I just changed my drug store to this Lovejoy, CVS location on Tara Blvd and Tara Road! Way to go Ya'll! :)

I have been getting my prescriptions here for 4 years. Never had a problem at all. I always get my medicine every time it is to be filled. I even have the app on my phone as well. Pharmacists are always kind to me.

I have always had nothing but the good experience at this Pharmacy. They go over and beyond their job to make sure you have what you need. In 5 years I only had 1 bad encounter and I was only due to a fill in Pharmacist. And people have to realize that just because your doctor tell you that they are going to send over your prescription to your pharmacy don’t mean they send it over right then. And the pharmacy is just like an ER or doctors office. First come first serve, but if an Emergency comes up , that’s what get the attention. Also, keep in mind that one time you may have the same blood pressure medicine from the same manufacturer but the next time it could be different manufacturers. Pharmacist can’t change your medications without speaking to your doctor first. Why, because insurance companies are finding cheaper ways to pay for our medication. And it doesn’t matter to them how much you pay a month to them. We love the CVS family continue to great job guys...

The Pharmacy manager is the best. He will work over and beyond to make sure the pharmacy is clean and all prescription are ready for pick up when promised. He puts in way more hours then he is ever paid for. Like on March 11th 2019 he went in at 11:00 a.m. and is still there now March 12 at 4:00 a.m. when his shift and pharmacy closed at 9pm. I sure hope his supervisors notice his hard work and bless him for his over and beyond work ethic. If it weren't for him the store would be a mess.

I usually don't write reviews But I have to let everyone know that I had the best experience at this CVS the manger on duty was so helpful. He had a lot of customers in the store but he made me feel like I was the only customer there...He handled my problem so professionally...I am so used to going into retail stores and feeling like I'm the problem when I have a problem with the their service...In this case my problem wasn't with CVS it was with a kiosk that I was using and the manger was so helpful and friendly.

Reneluc provided amazing customer service. He was very friendly and helpful. Very positive attitude.

Can't speak for the pharmacy but the general store staff are extremely sweet here. This is my neighborhood cvs and I have felt a better vibe in here then any other
