We love Ross Dress for Less. We purchased two large luggage with double wheels for $70 each. Great deals here. They don't have everything but what they do have is at a great price. We didn't go on Tuesday which we would have received a 10% senior discount price, too! Good place to start your shopping at!

Always reliable with good quality, cheap prices and friendly staff. I really like Ross, because you cannot only dress for less, but get many other things like suitcases, electronics, home decoration and much more. This store was really nice and the customer service was good - would come again.

There are 2 Ross stores on the Big Island, one in Kona, and one in Hilo. The Kona store is way bigger and better stocked.

Ross in Hawaii just hits different. I find lots of great comfortable clothing, and it blew my mind when I found a pair of crocs here for $15.

Lots of clearance clothes for women. Highly regarded make up brands & lots of variety. Easy to spend too much time here.🤙

Nice, courteous staff. Great hours. Clean store. Checking out was fast each time we visited even when it was busy. So glad we found this place on our visit, saved us several times, from hair conditioner to luggage, And the oreo popcorn we found here was a group favorite!

Well stocked, well staffed. Slightly disorganized in some departments, but if you're here looking for affordable swimwear and sun wear, they have everything you need from bathing suits and board shorts, uv shirts, water shoes and stylish sunglasses. I also grabbed a big insulated water bottle and a bottle brush while I was there.

Ross is usually pretty good for home goods, but where I'm from, the clothing is usually seasonal, and swimwear is not a year-round necessity, so I'm glad the Ross in Hawaii is anticipating the needs of tourists and locals who are trying to take advantage of everything this amazing island has to offer.

Pretty decent selection. Hawaiian themed stuff. Workers were nice. No line.

Thursdays are the best days to shop there, personally I go every day usually at night but they restock daily , you never know what you'll find but it's worth it every time

Hey, they save you money and they have a good selection. What is not to love? The store is laid out in a practical way. So once you learn the locations of the departments you shop, you can get in and out quickly.
The maze of products they guide you through as you make your way to the cashiers must be torture for parents with kids. I can only imagine what tactics I would do to my poor mom trying to convince her to purchase something I did not know I needed seconds before.
Good location, good parking and friendly workers.

Lines are always a little long but great value

Today I had the best customer service experience. Every time I go to Ross I feel like they aren’t very welcoming, but today I was just amazed on how nice and friendly they were. I had a wagon full of kid clothes and other things and the cashier was so friendly! She kindly folded all the clothes. She was nice enough to start a conversation with me while I was standing at the counter while she scans my items. Thank you for a good experience today. I definitely think customer service has improved a lot! And to the girl that helped thank you for having a good conversation with me and being so kind and friendly even though I had a lot of items. You’re an amazing working I hope management see the type of worker you are because your great! 👍🏻

Ok we live in the island and we love this ROSS! Very clean and organized. We travel a lot cross country and my wife loves this store so we visit them often and I alot of states. However, this is the Cleanest, best stocked, and just organized storw we have ever shopped at across the states and ocean

Good quality, cheap clothing. They have every size, type, and shape of clothing. From running shoes to button down shirts. They even have some other stuff in the store, such as kitchenware, candles, and toys for kids. I love to shop here, gets me clothes I want to wear for a great price.

I had a 👏 shopping experience..thanks to Mike and Cheryl..even though I felt uncomfortable. I am next in the line to the cashier when SPS Lee came telling me that I cannot do double shopping and have to wait for an hour to get my double discount.but I have to pay for the jewelry before I can continue shopping.it feels awkward on my part because I waited in the line and then SPS Lee came telling me I have to wait..for another hour...she even check my jewelry purchase receipt. Thank you too mr.mike and Ms Cheryl they made me pay right away after I ask Cheryl what happened..I'm giving both of them 5 stars each for their great and very good customer service..

July 1st 2020 - Most of the kids clothing racks are filled (won't be for long tho) Still lots of empty shelves - household items (dishes, frames && rugs. Etc.) Staff always friendly && helpful. Bathroom is still CLOSED ( DON'T ASK TO USE - they have a sign up) but it blows my mind customers still ask 🤣

Good quality clothes for a good price. They have a wide variety for men, women, children, and teens. They also have brand name shoes, bags and accessories for better prices than what you would find at most other stores. Toys, snacks, art supplies, make-up, home decor, kitchen ware, and furniture can also be bought here. My favorite store for literally everything.

I shopped Target and Walmart for a pair of shorts and a decent bathing suit for my vacay in Hawaii. Those stores didn't have what I needed. Fortunately, Ross was right down the street! That store had everything I wanted and more. So if you find yourself in Kona go to Ross and see if you can get what you need for Less. I got high quality garnets, too! Go there!
