Kona Coast Resort

Rented a third floor condo. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Tradewinds kept the unit cool. Beautifully manicured lawns. Friendly helpful staff. Good food at restaurant and bar. Two pools - one quiet pool and one for families. Great location - next to small mall with groceries, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants and more.

We had a wonderful experience with our family during our stay. Being on the top floor was a bonus, providing a quiet environment without anyone above us. The 1-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious and accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. The pool was a highlight, especially for families. We would definitely consider returning for another enjoyable stay.

I was in Kona Coast resort for 2 days since the previous resort I booked was messy and small for 4 people. But we were lucky enough to find this resort at the end moment. The room was big and clean for a very reasonable price, the employees were sweet and friendly. The pool area was big and clean. The service was excellent. The front desk lady was polite and very professional. Thank you for the great service…will definitely visit again and I will definitely recommend others.

We stayed 2 nights here and we loved it. We book with Wyndham points which gave us such a great value. The unit was huge and got everything. living area, balcony, kitchen area, laundry equipment and separate bedroom. It came with the garage allowed you to park in front of your unit. We did not use any facilities since we were out all day so could not say about that. We rent a car and found the location was not so far from the busy area of Kona.

Enjoying our stay so far at Kona Coast Resort. The rooms are very comfortable and welcoming for families. The resort is clean and well-tended. Air-conditioning is an extra charge, which is a little silly, but still reasonable in terms of price. The ocean views are beautiful.

Huge condos. Stayed 5 nights in Nov 2023. We didn't need the a/c, but glad to have the option to have it for a very reasonable price. Tons of storage and seating. Close to all things Kona. Did not experience any issues with mold smell. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds.

Shout out to Marvin and Kaleb!!! Kaleb was super nice and friendly when I tried to check in. After we found my booking was “cancelled” by third-party platform (I even made up my mind to sleep on the sand), Marvin was SUPER helpful, tried his best to make me stay calm and cheer me up, got me a chair, some snacks, and made sure I had WiFi connection. Marvin was also quick to contact the third party customer service and finally got the problem solved! I am very grateful!

Had a wonderful time with the family playing in the pool. I love the fact that they have a 1-ft pool for the children. And then of course the bigger pools. And the hot tubs.
Was very clean. Nice atmosphere. Great view of the sunset!

Resort was pleasant and nice. The service was 5 star. Every time I called they responded immediately. You do have to drive to the beach and snorkeling spots didn't like that as much.

I stayed here past 10/03 to 10/06 for my birthday first time in Hawaii….I loved the apartment… the view …. I’ll be back hopefully longer than 4 days .. I didn’t have time for tryout the pool and other entertainment… but the apartment and garage the peace and quiet here it was fantastic

Very quiet resort. Large rooms. One bedroom had two full bathrooms. Large patios. View of golf course. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but looked good. Daily activities. Beach volleyball court. Tennis courts. Short drive to downtown Kona for restaurants. Really nice locker room with showers that you can use after you check out if you have a late flight.

As a family we love this place. I mean how can you not love it here? It’s so beautiful , homey, comfortable, and hospitable. I want to stay here and not go home. Thank you Hawaii we love you and highly enjoy and respect your culture and vibe that never stops giving ❤ aloha forever! See you again soon hopefully

Absolutely amazing experience very big and roomy. I got the one bedroom villa, which was a queen bed and a queen pull out couch. The whole place was very clean. The grounds were beautiful, beautiful sunset views every night. there’s a restaurant I didn’t try, but it looks pretty good. on Monday nights they do a free hula show which was awesome And they have hot tubs, fitness centers, everything you need in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only negative was that it was so far south of Mauna Kea Beach but if you are looking to stay in Kailua Kona definitely stay here.

Excellent hotel, great location, with beaches & shops/restaurants in walking distance or 3 min. drive.

We had a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, utensils and dishes. 2 full baths.

Beautiful resort, well designed, built and maintained, solar panels on roofs. Located relatively close to town and several beaches, there's also a shopping center and supermarket nearby.

Beautiful landscaping, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The condos are spacious, well furnished and equipped. The pool and bar are also great, the staff is professional and hospitable, the prices are fair. Great place for vacation 👌

Real Nice Place. Charged extra if you want air conditioning but we didn't need it anyway. Nice pool bar, friendly staff.

What a great resort, situated in a great spot on the Big Island. There’s a good restaurant, a pool, amazing views, and the rooms are perfect for what we wanted. We stayed in a 1-bedroom with 3 of us which worked great because it had 2 bathrooms! I highly recommend this resort!

Outstanding location with spectacular sunset view that you cannot have any better than here. The condos here are 5 Stat hotel quality with high class amenities. Not very expensive at all. Walkable distance to beaches near by.

Had a really great stay here, the rooms are really comfortable, the staff are super nice.
The location is a little out of the way though and the drinks by the pool are very pricey.

We have been coming here for annual winter vacation for over 20 years. Great staff, great location (not remote but not too noisy or crowded), units kept up to date.
