Hilo Hattie

We waited until the last day of our three week trip to buy family souvenirs at Hilo Hattie. They had a great selection and good prices. We had absolutely no trouble finding what we needed and the staff was absolutely fantastic.

We questioned shopping when a big cruise ship had let out, but it was still a fine time. Would definitely return here.

They gave everyone in the store a lei, which was neat. They have a lot of Hawaiian gear and a wide range of sizes in clothing. And they are local. They asked me for my id when I gave them my credit card. I thought that was pretty cool as nobody does that anymore, and they should. She said they were old school... I like old school.

Amazing store with an incredible selection and an even better staff! Picked up a matching shirt and dress for a luau and the night of the event realized the shirt was the wrong size. Stopped by over an hour after they already closed and they still let us in to exchange the shirt! Their kindness saved our evening!!

If you want to experience real aloha, great prices, great, genuine Hawaiian gear, get yourself to this place. Locals, they give kama'aina discount. So nice to find genuine aloha in this tourist town🌺💖

Great place to find a Hawaiian dress or moo moo. They carry from a size small to women’s plus sizes. I believe they were all the way up to a size 4x. My friend and I found a couple of beautiful dresses to buy from Hilo Hatti’s while we were on vacation in Kailua, Kona. There’s was a lot to choose from.

Nice shop and very friendly. We stopped in tonight, and she got a dress and I got a Hawaiian shirt. They had a very nice selection of shirts and dresses. Most things in the store said they were made in Hawaii.

Terrific buys on great Hawaiin clothing

Out of all the shopping places in downtown Kona, this one had by far the best selection of hats and shirts....and believe me, I looked everywhere! The staff very very friendly and engaging. They don't negotiate much as like everywhere else in Kona, but they did give me a discount anyways. Good customer service and good selection of clothes!

We always look forward to shopping here.
