Had one of the greatest customer service experiences ever!!!
Trey, (the young gentleman with curly black hair) helped my fiance (owner of a black '04 Escalade) replace a blown fuse. He was very patient and determined to get the job done. We really appreciated his help and pleasant demeanor. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I have had a great experience each time I have gone to this store. Every employee I have dealt with has been very helpful. But, today I just want to express my appreciation for Xavier. My fender/bumper was coming apart and he just went right to work finding the right part and fixed it for me in like 15 or 20 minutes. I was not expecting that. They do a great job at this store! Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They can give Great recommendations, give a pointer or two, to help you on your repair.
Heck. If they're not too busy, dont be surprised if one of the folks comes outside with you, to lend a hand with a minor "parking lot" repair.

O'Reilly's Auto Parts was great they was very friendly very helpful made sure that we had everything that we need to fix the car ordered all items and the next day we came and picked everything up and they were cheaper than anybody else that we called I would recommend them to anyone

These guys are great, the give me my options and their recommendations, get or order what I need, and get me out the door before I start getting crazy ideas of running neon lights all inside and under my Subaru lol.

Friendly staff always helpful in finding what I need either in the store or getting it ordered and delivered. I may dislike having issues with my truck but I can look forward to going to this O'Reilly Auto Parts Store every time!!
