TOPS Friendly Markets

I went in on 2/25/21 at 3:55pm for a 8pc fried chicken. I always pop in once a week for the chicken. The lady packaging the chicken is a wonderful employee with a Beautiful soul. She's always very nice, polite and helpful. Too bad I haven't been able to get her name. Next time I'll have to do a positive customer comment at the service desk. ♥

I called on Thanksgiving day to ask whether they had a certain product. Not only did the customer service rep go check on the product, she also brought two packages to the customer service desk to save until I got there. She even applied a coupon. Customer service at this location has always been excellent! Every time I go I am impressed.

This Tops is fantastic. I needed a large sub order and instead of giving me a reason why they couldn't do it they made arrangements to make sure it got done when I needed it. I can highly recommend this location for any of your catering or meal needs. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.

Friendly employees and very helpful if you don't know where something is and when they have an employee shortage,those who are in the store are more than helpful but bear with them because teenagers don't want to work because of the pay scale but they have plenty of adults who cares about people

Great grocery store. The produce is fantastic, the store is very clean and the prices are always competitive. Also, the staff is great. They get you right through the checkout line in no time.

Awesome meat choices. I love to use my coupons and get double savings. Soda is very high price here.

Much more expensive than Wegmans! I shop at Wegmans!!! Every item I have bought from Tops is usually .30-.50 more expensive than the same item at Wegmans! Food is also fresher at Wegmans.

Love this store they bend over to help fix or make it right. But miss sonny my meat guy he's at bville store not sure ill shop at that one sgain. And I live in bville.

Tops has good sales often and they are the only store local where I can find the refrigerated fresh pet dog food for my service dog. Thank you Tops!

Great weekly advertised sale prices, coupons. Great app that keeps track of ads, coupons and e-coupons. We save thousands every year.

Tops market is trying very hard to earn my business. Zealous staff, hard to beat prices, and a liquor store next door.

I went to Tops because they make the best sub sandwiches that can be purchased in Liverpool.

I love shopping there they have what I need love the wide variety of international items.
