Dunkin'

Staff is always friendly and very understanding with my picky order for my iced late. I want to thank the entire staff for being awesome! Shout out to Crystal apologized for not adding the flavor to my late, it was remade. When I tried that late, that was pretty white/light in color. I went back a third time (not like me at all!!) and asked for them to make it again. Crystal made it and it was spot on! What can I say? I am an odd ball. Thank you very much for going the extra step to make sure my late was perfect!!

***UPDATE*** They must've had a major overhaul here. The staff was funny, everyone seemed to be having a good time behind the counter. The flow of getting the orders was good, even considering now having the "On The Go" orders. I pray this place stays just like this!
-One of the absolute worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. They are very unorganized, their main focus is the Drive Thru so they leave everyone ignored in the store. The employees carry an attitude as if they couldn't care any less about being at work and doing their jobs.

I tend to order via grubhub on the weekends. It's almost insanely quick. On occasion, if order is wrong or incomplete, I file with grubhub and get a refund for anything incorrect. But order is generally correct and quick.

i cannot describe how immaculate this meal was. the coffee 10/10, the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection 11/10, and the bagel was just beyond perfect 13/10. whoever made my food was as an angel sent from heaven. i love you.

Wife and I stopped in for coffee and sandwich. A young lady named Shania was extraordinarily helpful in showing us how to use the Dunkin App points to make our purchase properly. She was very patient & knowledgable. Any business would be lucky to have her.

Overall after dozens of visits I say that the employeesame are friendly, and try hard to get my order right every time. I love the on-the-go app. Easy to use and continue to use it when walking in. You are always have a mistake now and then...nature of the public wanting everything fast.

We went through drive through today for some coffee and food. We pulled up and had a wonderful lady named Donna help us. Not only was she fast but she held conversation with us and made us laugh so much. Such a kind person! Wonderful experience today because of her. Thank you Donna! We hope to see you everytime!!

I love their breakfast foods. Always hot and fresh and they compliment my crazy looking car when I'm at the drive-thru lol.

The drive thru line looked very long but they are extremely fast. In and out service for the stuff we need! America runs on Dunkin!

What a friend we have in Dunkin' Donuts. Open so early. Open so late. Coffee never tastes watery. Breakfast sandwiches usually two for one. Use a linked credit card and earn ten percent toward an Uber ride. Open Sundays and right by the Silver Fox Social Club for senior citizens. Saw a friend from work stocking up on doughnuts for the office tomorrow.

Wireless never fails. Not enough electrical plugs for the laptop set. The interior stays too bright for anyone to spend much time at this location doing serious work.

Must say... thank you for the person who paid for our Dunkin here. We paid it forward to the next person! (10/19/18) around 8:30am! Feels awesome to pay it forward.

Dunkin in BALDWINSVILL is a great place to work as well as to eat & drink!! The staff is always happy to help you😀. The food is hot, delicous and fast...Coffee is Superb! Stop in for a quick visit!!!
