I talked with Cherie online and on the phone. She was very kind and patient with me. I was given choice in different price ranges after telling her what I I was looking for. I was not rushed and when I had to redo my application on line and start over with her she gladly switched to the phone to make it easier for to complete my order. It was a good experience for me and she us a wonderful person.

I spoke with Brad. He was professional, courteous, understanding my needs, and suggested the best mattress for my needs. I would highly recommend your company for quality, great service, excellent prices and quality products. IMO, Brad should have a raise and be promoted!

Amazing service! I was buying my parents in NY a new mattress and I live in CA. I needed removal and install as they are elderly. There’s was some slight confusion but they called me and got it squared away in just a few mins and delivered in just two days as well as three hours earlier than originally planned. Great service and great products. My parents said they were in and out and very polite and professional. Thanks !!

I went online to look at mattresses

I was hoping to not have to drive to the Store Luckily the Online Agent Brad Attended to my needs he was excellent and provided me choices to which my budget allowed.

The process was very easy seamless and my new mattress set will be arriving tomorrow I appreciate Brad's time and it saved me a trip.

My purchase was for a guest room so it was not really necessary for me to actually visit the store so this worked well.

When the need arise I will choose metro masters in the future.

We received our mattress the day after ordering. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely do this again

I am not one to “publicly” express my experiences or views regarding a business. I prefer to say “thank you” in a face to face manner when I am treated well by a business. But in this case, I must make an exception due to my latest experience with the North Syracuse location of Metro Mattress. And, state that everyone who works for Metro Mattress are incredible.
I ordered on line a mattress for my wife. I completely admit that I misunderstood her and ordered a twin instead of a full sized mattress. The delivery of the mattress by 2 very courteous employees took place during the scheduled time. The issue was that my wife is disabled and can only stand for short periods of time, our residence is located on the second floor of an apartment building, and unfortunately there was a language disconnect between one of the delivery men and herself. She became upset while trying to explain the situation with the delivery men. She refused the mattress. She called me explaining what had transpired. I reassured her to call Metro Mattress to see what could be done – a refund, the correct size mattress, etc.
This is where I have to say that the people at Metro Mattress are “outstanding” and believe in the practice of “old time business” values. Within 5 minutes of the phone call, they were able to reschedule the delivery (first thing in the morning) of a new full sized mattress: no fuss, no muss.

Ordered online on a Monday and it arrived by Wednesday! Had two phone calls with two separate people, both very pleasant and communicative on what was going on and what needed to be known. Mattress moving in was smooth and efficient, will definitely be ordering from MetroMattress in the future.

Everything went as smooth as possible from my ordering mattress & box springs to delivery of these items. Two very nice guys completed the delivery & were very polite. With the old mattress, I was having extreme back problems & because the old one sank in the middle, I was pretty miserable. Thank you for your service.
