Pool shock cheap

We were having a lot of trouble with our pool the last year and a half. We had been using Pool and Spa Mart for chemicals and advice for the last couple years. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were losing water and they eventually came out to take a look. Said it needed patched and we asked if they would come out and do it. "Yep, just have the pool drained down to the tear." So we drained the pool down and they never showed up or even called that week. We called to see what was going on and was given attitude on the phone that some things came up that were more important than your pool patch. We understood that but would have liked a call rather than sitting around waiting for them to show up. They said they would come early the next week...nope! Again, didn't show up and didn't call! After talking to some friends that were also customers, this is not the only instance of them not showing up when they said they would. A call to a customer is pretty simple and goes a long way in customer service and retaining business. They were very knowledgeable but they're customer service was lacking! Based on that, unfortunately, I would not recommend them if you think you might need them to come to you!
