I really like this beauty supply and get great prices here! They have so many fun things in there from hair, fashion, and jewelry. I go here for my hair competitions bc they have great deals on hair. They have been very kind to me every time I visit!

Decent selection of hair, but not a lot of options in color and length for the Senegalese twist crochet. Other than that, store is okay (a little cluttered though)

Never been in the store before, but I was searching for replacement tape for human hair extensions. The owner said he had stuff just for weave and clip-ins but no replacement tape. Not a very well-stocked beauty supply store

There's a lot to get in there and to look around there's a lot of merchandise right now it's 50% off if you want to go in there it's very reasonable right now but it's kind of inhospitable but you know don't worry about that just sick go in there and Shop

He needs to be more organized an the woman at the register over charged me by 6.99 an was on the phone the entire transaction won't be returning probably why I enjoy other beauty supply stores

First time and it's a nice little junky store. They really have everything you need and the prices are comparable to 2 different locations in Hampton so now I don't have to go across the JRB to get what I need

The guy there is very rude .. I hope he sees this too he needs better costumer service skills ! asap.. He yelled at me very loudly across the store for trying a wig on .. there was NO sign saying do not try either… It’s common sense if you’re going to buy an item to try it on before purchasing so you won’t get scammed… also he’s always staring and creepy.

I used to love shopping here (especially for makeup) but my experience today changed that. The man working there scolded me loudly for testing the "tester" products on the back of my hand. I can understand if I was opening new products, but the ones I was using were the ones that were already open with the sticker "tester" on them. I would suggest better customer service training. You have lost a very loyal customer today and I will also let my friends know about my horrible experience.

I called the store, due to I am still recovering from foot surgery, to check before I came by if they have a selection of hair detanglers but the man who answered was confused so I rephrased my questions if they have hair detanglers. Well, he said yes but doesn't remember which ones. So I asked if he could find out for me and he states no he didn't have the time WOW! I told him I did not mind holding while he checked and then he proceeded to say No he didn't have the time to check, then stated he was with a customer. So shocked, I said I was still new to the area and are recovery from surgery and once said I didn't mind waiting ...........then he hung up on me!!!! Never in my 48yrs of living have I ever experienced something like this!!! If there was a way to give ZERO STARS, I would.

The miserable guy that is always there is not friendly. He is always watching my son and asks if he touches his merchandise it will break. We are talking about cheap headbands and earrings . That turn your ears green. I can't scold my child quick enough before his grumpy behind says something. I did not realize I was shopping at Nordstroms! And there supplies are lacking. They never carry all of a complete line of products. And what the do sell is always much higher. All in all go to Sun's Beauty Supply instead or CVS.

This is a place you run in for a last minute item you may need. There is not a great selection of hair or products. The owner has no personality, is not friendly and always watching to see if someone is stealing rather than helping. He seems bothered when asked a question. I do not recommend this BSS.

Won’t be going here again. Even if your vaccinated and following CDC guidelines the owner won’t let you shop without a mask on. All about control.

The man that works there is very rude. The store is never open on time. Very inconsiderate considering this is the only beauty supply store in Hampton.
