Ashleigh did an excellent job helping my us identify the right plan for an upcoming trip to Europe. She explained the various options each plan provided and gave us her advice on which plan provided the best bang for our buck. We really appreciate her help.

I have never had such a pleasant experience at a Verizon store as I did in Smithfield Va, Jeff handled a suspicious situation with a customer all the wile tending to my mom and I upgrading to 2 new phones, 2 Apple Watches and an iPad.
