We have the best little post office around! Seldom a long line (even at Christmas) and friendly staff. They go out of their way to help.

Absolutely love this little hometown postoffice, Brenda is the best and always goes out of her way to help.

The BEST in professionalism and friendliness! I am a daily customer and every interaction is enjoyable.

I am normally so appreciative of our delivery person. They are patient with us (and all of our dogs at the rescue) and usually do right by handling packages correctly. There is one delivery person though that, despite our having a bin outside the gate, throws the packages over the gate....this time it was light bulbs..and because we did not know he did this, and a dog was out for her romp, she had a field day, very luckily not cutting herself or getting broken glass in her feet. It is unacceptable and will complain, once again, about this person.

Never get my Sunday deliveries. And that's the one day I'm home. But my normal driver Mon-fri is great

Post office staff is excellent. That being said, I shouldn’t have to see them this often. I am beyond tired of having to drive to the post office each and every time I have a package that is any bigger than a letter. Very irritating. If that’s the case I could pick up all my mail there. Delivery service is becoming useless. I understand the reasoning for whoever delivers on my route but it’s not worth inconveniencing potentially 100s of people.

I am disabled and I cannot walk up the steps to get inside therefore I was unable to do business there. They have no handicap anything except parking that does me no good. Am I just suppose to just park in a handicap spot and sit there thinking I wish I could mail this Pkg off to my daughter... They should be ashamed of themselves. Talk about Justice!!!

I only get about half of my packages delivered, the rest never show up

I'm in a wheelchair they have about 8 or 9 steps in front of the building no entrance in the back of their building I have to pay people to go get my packages and the mail carrier won't come to my apartment he takes it to the post office where there is all them steps

I am glad to see that I am not the only one who's packages is going to the wrong address I have complained to that post office a couple of times about my packages and know one does anything about the package going to the wrong address but when you check the tracking it says that the package has been delivered it probably have been delivered but not to the correct address I am so tired of paying for merchandise that someone else is getting who do you complain to about the post office service I'm going to find out because I am going higher with this I am tired of wasting my money paying for stuff for other people to receive

I have been informing Smithfield USPS that they have been misdelivering my mail for 24 years. They always say they will talk to the carriers. Problem is still ongoing. I get other neighbors' mail, and others get mine. When I do get my misdelivered mail, it is often opened and sometimes gone through and stolen from.

Installing cameras to see why I'm not receiving mail anymore its been a full week now and even the packages with tracking numbers are not being delivered, they claim there was a notice left for instructions on the tracking site but there is not, this is extremely unacceptable and I'm obviously not the only person with this type of complaint.

Just don't go to this post office. Employees are rude. Find another post office to do business
