Home Depot is a great place to shop. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Multiple product lines were available. Their tool select is second to none. Excellent selection of paint and paint products. Great holiday items. Outdoor furniture is high quality. Pet friendly. Highly recommend.

We bought a wash machine at Home Depot in grand haven and was helped by Nancy in the appliance center. She went above and beyond in getting us a wash machine quickly and then the next day we had to have a part that we destroyed by accident and she helped us order that then too. Much appreciated Nancy.

Has everything I need even if I have to visit 3 times in the same day! Great staff that are always friendly and ready to help.

Honestly I had the best shopping experience of my life a few days ago. I walked in 20 minutes to close and went directly to the paint department. I asked an employee if he could look up where an item was and he was ready! He walked me straight to it without even needing to look it up! He even showed me where I could get a deal and everything I needed to know. I didn’t get this guys name but please give this man a raise! He works in the paint department!!!

I have always had a great home depot experience and today was no different. The team at the grand haven location always shows care for the customer. Whether it be just an online order pick up or help with an in store purchase. They are incredible to deal with!

Love this place. I spend too much money here. Folks are always helpful and somehow know where every random item is located when I ask them about it.

I frequent this location due to updating my home currently. Sue in paint has been so helpful and friendly every time I'm in there. I always look for her now. Alan and Nancy helped my fiance and myself purchase a new washer, dryer, microwave and stove. They were both extremely knowledgeable about everything and so helpful and kind.

It's close by and the staff up front are so nice. I like the quick check out process. My only issue is the entrance and exit are so far apart that you can only choose to be near the entrance or the exit. This makes it difficult when transporting larger items. However, im sure they won't mind if pull up and load it near the doors. I'd go back.

Alan in the appliance section was terrific to work with when purchasing a refrigerator. I live nearby and have always received good service and the store has the typical assortment of items which is valuable when working on a home project.

Always have excellent customer service. Able to find someone who is knowledge with a variety of different products. Several projects have turned out great due to suggestions and advice from associate's.

I spend my paychecks here I swear! The staffers are always nice and helpful. They always have what I'm looking for. I rent the tools here as well: lawn aerator, ladders, framing nailer, etc. Very convenient and a good price!

We went in for special wire and the whole trip took less than 20 minutes. They were quick and very helpful. Everyone was so friendly and and the price wasn't sky high either.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, especially when looking for specific items like sets of small screws that I needed. The store also has a wide variety of products and tools, making it easy to find what you need for your project.

A good selection of Milwaukee tools that can be hard to find elsewhere.

Multiple associates walking around. Not one offered to help. Bought new laminate flooring and paint for my bedroom. Had to go find someone and request help. Still took 10 minutes for him to get there. He was very knowledgeable and helpful once he did arrive though. Just disappointed that I saw at least 3 associates wandering around near me and none said a word to us, even though I was standing at the endcap the whole time. None offered help. I tried flagging one down (got ignored). Had to go to the service desk and ask for help. Once we got to the registers, the girl at checkouts was very friendly. Just not what I expected with the amount of associates on the floor (especially considering I spent over 600 bucks)

Update 8-25-22
Bought a new washer and dryer today. Went for just a washer, but decided on the set. Nancy was very friendly and super helpful. She came right over as soon as we started looking and offered help with. Found the two washers I could have taken home today. I decided on a different set (even though mine broke and I desperately wanted to bring one home today). She made the process super easy. Wasn't pushy. Wasn't inpatient. Wasn't distracted. Her focus was on us and I appreciated that. She explained everything in detail (delivery and setup process) and made sure we knew what to expect. Excellent service! Good job Nancy. This was the best experience I've had at this store (Grand Haven) in the six years I've been coming here.

Ordered a window fan online didn't work out for me and was very gracious about taking it back and refunding my money
