AT&T Store

My experience with the manager katilyn and her staff was nothing short of outstanding ! The professional courteous manner in which they approached their job was stellar. Their knowledge of products and services offered left me secure I was making the right purchase in the right location. I will be a customer for life now.

Dylan the sales person was extremely helpful in giving the best in store experience we could have asked for. Very accommodating to answer questions. The store manager also is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Let me start by saying that I do a fair amount of contracting to AT&T... landline... engineering and construction (the part that physically connects and makes all this stuff work). It's roughly 30% of my business. I have an interest in AT&T doing well. As a contractor... I would throw this store under the bus in a heartbeat if they did anything wrong. They were on point. As a contractor... I don't get a discount... or favoritism... but if they do well... I get more work. They are hard on me where they can be, and I'm hard on them where I can be. This store did great. Steering you towards a good experience helps me. Steering you toward a bad experience hurts me. It's that simple. Go here.

What a wonderful experience we had today with Carly, Evan and Tristan. They were so helpful and professional. Go see them for all your AT&T issues, you won’t be sorry and you will walk away with a big smile on your face. Great team work, thanks guys!

Tristan was the most helpful knowledgeable friendly sales rep I think I've ever met. I would recommend everyone to go to att for all their cell phone needs and service.

One of your sales agent tricked me into something I didn't want. I paid over $1000. For a phone that should have been free. I thinking about leaving Att. I have been with this company since 1998. I should have been treated better.
The agents today were amazing. !!!

So all you ppl out need too know that you Will NEVER find a better store than the store at Dade City off 301 next too Publix ,behind Burger King .

No need to improve the Dade City AT&T store. Those guys are great! The manager, Tyler, is the best! He's passed on his knowledge and customer service skills onto his employees. I’ve been a long time customer for the same reasons.

Thanks to store manager Tyler Wellington for an A+ service when I went to the Dade City, FL store. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism. I live in Wesley Chapel, but was in the Dade City store area and decided to stop by. He went the extra mile to help me with my phone.

I have had such a great experience with this store. I find everyone here to be helicopters, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely use this store again. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted to say "Thank You" to Craig, Nate and Tyler for great customer service. Went in and purchased a new phone for my son. Even though they couldn't fix the problem with the original phone they helped make the new purchase easy. Any questions we had they were knowledgeable and very instructive. Convient location and reliable staff.
