Dollar Tree

The manager, Sam, has helped us for years when I shop for events and gift items for my business. He goes above and beyond for his customers and staff and is always smiling, working hard and you can tell how much he values his job and his community. He loves people, you can tell!
He exemplifies what it means to be a manager and this company should promote him!
I have never left a review for a franchise business before, but I have also never had such incredible customer service consistantly from year after year except from Sam. This dollar tree is. Our go-to for seasonal decor, party favors and balloons!
Just call and ask for Sam if you need help! He truly loves his customers and will gladly help with a great attitude!

Always go here first before big main stores to try and save money. I love their crafts section, cleaning supplies. and for groceries mainly :) Love how they also accept EBT. And with having two toddler girls, it’s easy to get them a toy that they love without spending a lot of money :)

It's not a bad store. I have never once seen a bug in that store like someone else's claim. I shop there very regularly.

Easy to find a quick toy for My little one. The also accept ebt and have things like chips juices and Mac n cheese here. Everything is 1.25. Quick simple and great customer service they accept google and apple pay too.

I actually like this dollar tree location. I’ve been to many dollar trees throughout the US and this one stays pretty organized and well stocked. The workers are super nice too. Prices have gone up to $1.25 now, so, is there a name change coming for this company?

by far my favorite dollar tree in the tri cities, its always clean and organized even during the holiday hustle and bustle. The staff in there is so kind and friendly, the little sweetheart (jess) that is generally there week day mornings is a total gem and is extremely helpful and informative. i always look forward to chatting with her and the manager there is very nice as well. last but not least i give major kuddos to the stocking manager, you can tell by the order of the store that she runs a good team.

As a crafter I love how big this particular Dallas Tree is. They have a ton of supplies to feed the crafter in me. I spent around $100 but got enough stuff for restocking my ribbons, paint brushes, metallic markers, etc and to do a couple of intended projects!

I love this store it's always well stocked and it has lots of items that other Tri Cities dollar tree stores doesn't have employees are always very helpful and nice as well the owner.

This place has a wide variety of items. It's a good dollar store, and everything really is only a dollar, plus tax. There's food, tools, toys, party favors, pet food/toys/treats, and much more.

Great prices! $1!!! Good choice of items costing more elsewhere. All staff and customers wearing masks 😷 Nice staff.

Thjs is our favorite dollar store in Tri-Cities. They are always so friendly, clean, and the manager is extremely nice.

Amazing selection today especially with Santo Patricio aqui. In & out very quickly and not "gouged" in the wallet too!

Great place they have what u might need for cleaning. Laundry stuff. ECT. All for 1.00.
