I have not shopped there yet. A few hours away, called them. This afternoon had some questions and they were the best answered all my questions very courteous on the phone felt like they truly wanted to help you even though I was not in the store will make it a plan to go visit them once I get my cb radio situated. The gentleman who answer the phone personality makes me want to be customer. I definitely will be .

Walked in on a Friday afternoon, got right in. Had a radio and antenna already, just needed everything installed. In and out in about an hour. Dude did a super clean install on my 2000 Peterbilt 379. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.

Great place to stop and get all your cb radio needs.. they’ll get you definitely taken of from cb parts , antenna’s , and peaked and tuned..Even a good place to sit and chill carry a good ole conversation

Talked to the gentleman before hand, told him exactly what I was looking for, he quaternary me a fair price, came back the next day to get it done. He went out of his way to clean up my wires for me, and explained why I was having some of the issues I was having with my CB. Even told me a few tricks to keep in mind, so I can receive the most out of my CB. Not many shops will sit down with you and answer all your questions and go that extra mile for you.

Very knowledgeable and competent folks. They have even designed their own cb antenna which has incredible reach not to mention it looks really cool!

Was a good experience the CB Tech knows what he’s doing & the guy installing is quick & does good work. I drove 3 hours to get my antenna wired & SWR’S set & was worth the trip. I would highly recommend this this shop…

I’ve been having the time of my life trying to get my cb system running optimally. Using the information I got off of YouTube over the past two years to no avail. Finally was able to get to a cb shop down in wildwood FL., in one hr they had me up and running the way I wanted. They know what they are doing there and I left more than satisfied. The guys there took their time and answered all my questions and even showed me what they were doing. Highly recommended.

Since my last review of Mesa CB Shop. I have returned 3 times to have more work done. Each time I was greeted , with respect , and treated very well. Tony is an amazing person and very knowledgeable. You always walk out having learned something . This is the only place I will entrust my radio to . Thanks

If you need a CB radio or just have questions about them, this is the place to go. They do tech work including radio alignments too. They have all sorts of accessories for your CB radio too. I got great advice from Tony on issues I was having with an antenna I was installing on my truck. If you're into CB radio this place is where you want to go. They do installations too. They are behind the Chrome Shop on rt. 44 by the huge truck stop. You have to go through a timed gate to get to the shop. But it has a 2 hour parking limit for free. Highly recommended!

I can see why there are bad reviews, because the guy behind the counter is very no nonsense and doesn't pull any punches. His personally is very dry, HOWEVER, if you can put your ego aside and listen, he is a wealth of knowledge. He was very nice and explained our issues. That knowledge is priceless. It might come in a grumpy package, but if you humble yourself he can teach you ALOT! He is old school, check yourself when you walk in the door and realize he is dying breed of CB repairers. With all these negative reviews, it's only right I share my positive experience. Radio was receiving audio perfectly, but wasn't sending audio. They diagnosed the issue, took the radio apart and fixed it. Now drivers can hear me loud and clear when I talk. They only charged me $60 for the repair and $15 in parts. With taxes I paid around $80. I can't complain. My radio finally works. Happy customer here!!! Thanks guys.
