The staff here was great, very professional, and know how to put customer service at the top of the list. The store manager Bri is an awesome leader, who does a great job, coaching her team while allowing them to develop and grow. I’ve been a customer for over 10years and this was the best Customer service I’ve ever had.

This team is fantastic! Came in here having abad day and they were able to handle every question and concern that I had. Shout out to Issac, Yasmin, and Bri for doing everything they could to help and be so understanding. Fantastic teamwork and impeccable service for sure!

Visited this location to purchase a new phone. Yasmin was very helpful and patient. She took the time to tell me about each phone and watches too. Thank you staff for the great experience.

I visited the store on Saturday, October 14, I had the best experience in customer service. Bree & Meria were the best. They were sweet friendly and kind all while assisting multiple customers at one time.

Ciarra (I hope i spelled that right) but she was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked into door she greeted us we told her the issue & she let us know what we needed to do asap …. Unfortunately, we had already tried this and were unsuccessful after letting her know this she still continue to help us. We had to call customer service and she was there the whole time making sure they understood what we said. Even the lady on the phone was not listening to us … horrible rep don’t even know how she got hired but ciarra was able to help us convey to the rep exactly what we needed done …. We needed a device unlocked so that I clould add him to my AT&T plan … after we finally got the phone unlocked she explained the diffeent types of plans tmobile offers and showed the benefits he would have as a new customer being that he paid his old bill ….needless to say she definitely earned our business…. I actually managed a retail store & this representative was everything I would’ve looked for in an employee plus more she should be the store manager no questions about it. I walked around the store a few times and no one else offered to help me or offered me any services … I saw that you guys have some sort of Internet and maybe a TV hub service. But anyway that really stood out to me keep this girl on your team

Bri knows her stuff!! Bri saved my WhatsApp chat after i deleted it by mistake in a few minutes. In just minutes she recovered my data… after I spent days and over $100 on downloaded software and hours on YouTube videos that didnt work as promised!

This was the east-west connector location. The Tmobil at the South cobb location is horrible. I ordered the new flip phone from that location a week ago. I went there after I received my new phone only to trade the phone I had and it was horrible. When I arrived, there were 2 people inside. One was being served, and the other one was waiting. It took a minimum of 30 minutes before I got to the counter. I tell the employee I was returning the trade-in. She asked if I got it from that store. I told her yes. She says no, they can't accept the trade-in. She asked me to call customer service. I was there an additional 10 minutes only to be told to go to another location that was 10 minutes away. The store manager came out after there were about 8 people in line and said she couldn't accept the trade-in because the postal service won't come to her store. The customer service representative told her she could take the trade-in. I got tired of the manager giving excuses, so I left. The Tmobil store at east west connector was good. Please don't purchase anything from the South cobb location. The service is very bad, and they will not honor any promotions that are happening. Tmobil should not have allowed them to use their name because it's giving Tmobil a bad reputation. I almost closed my account because of the service from this location.

Shout out to Bri and her team. Bri was absolutely amazing and patient with me as I was trying to help my elderly Mom with her phone from out of state. Thank you for making this an easy transition. This will be my go-to T-Mobile location in the future!!!

I needed to get the new iPhone 15 this morning, and Yasmin helped me out. She was amazing throughout the entire process.

Love LOVE LOVE this store . Travis was amazing 🤩. It’s been over a year having the same problem with my phone - I couldn’t group text people who didn’t have iPhone & I couldn’t send pictures to people who didn’t have an iPhone. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with Sprint , T-Mobile and Apple to no avail 😭 finally I gave up. Until I came into this lovely store today. My phone is officially fixed and my sim is switched - we were even eligible for a free line!

I went to the tmoblie store on s Cobb Pkwy and meet Isiah when I tell you he was very helpful and he was patience and he made sure he spoke to each individual person that walked in and still made sure he got me situated in a timely manner. I usual go and leave out immediately but not today!!!! Thank you again Isiah for your hard work!!!

Keefe, the store manager of this location, is incredible. His energy is infectious, and his customer service skills are exceptional. He went out of his way to help me set up my new phone and to ensure that I had all the needed accessories, even if they weren't available at the store. I will definitely continue to patronize this location — especially when they invite the YummY's funnel cake truck to come by. 😄

I came in here last Tuesday for the first time and the customer service was awesome so I came back and they had this amazing promotion I wasn't planning spending any money today but kims customer service was so great and offer me that promotion and now I have a Samsung watch Kim and Bri are amazing woman's I love them

100% best customer service I’ve had! I was helped by Josh, an amazing sales consultant! Great attitude, great information, amazing conversation! I’m DEFINITELY coming back and am more than satisfied with my time here! Absolutely recommend having him be your go-to sales guy. 10/10 would recommend!
