This Lowe’s takes such good care of their flowers. They really treat it like a nursery… Marge, Sasha, and Ana (one more lady short with short hair) are absolutely Amazing at keeping that Garden center top notch! I have a Flower business and I find everything I need as well as the tips there share…Thanks Ladies! : )

Went to Lowe’s today to pick up a bathroom faucet and Jeff was most helpful! He escorted me to the proper section in the store and even took the time to help me pick out the correct one. He was so patient and nice. Great guy!

The service at Lowe's is always outstanding. There is never a long wait to check out. Huge selection and quality for the price.

Staff is very courteous and despite raining they helped me to load the garden soil and several other bags into my car. Definitely will visit again for my spring projects.

My experience with the staff here is they are friendly and willing to help. They are readily available to attempt to answer my questions, while making me feel that i am their top priority. The selection of ceiling fans and lights are great.

5 months ago gave my favorite Lowes store (Windward) a 2 for a declining customer service especially trying to buy propane. Been shopping this store since it opened maybe 15 or more years ago!

After my visit last night editing to a 5*! Gabe at customer service and Savita at check out did a great job setting up my GATE (tax exempt) account back in the system! Great job … keep it up!

I had a great experience at Lowe's Alpharrtta last night. After trying a couple other stores, I learned 6pm is too late to start shopping for projects. But at this Lowe's, I was able to get six sets of blinds trimmed and closet shelving cut. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

We went for the kids' workshop on the 3rd Saturday. Staff are awesome they are very friendly and did little shopping they have nice outdoor and garden plants.

Customer service in this store is top--notch! I got a delivery from Lowe's yesterday of a porch bistro set. It got great reviews. I opened the box and the first thing I took out was a bent bistro table top. I called right away and was assured it would be picked up asap and exchanged. I decided to go into the store and see if they could put one together for me before delivering it so I know all parts were ok. I talked to Mike who sought out Keven who he said should be able to help me. Kevin was amazing! He took my cell phone number and said he would call me and let me know what could be done. He called about an hour later and told me someone would put together a new set for me, deliver it, and pick up the defected one, all in one trip. He was the most pleasant and helpful associate I have ever come in contact with. I wasn't having an especially good day, but Kevin turned it around for me. Made me feel so good that he cared enough to go "above and beyond." I told him I have never had such good customer service and he told me I deserved great customer service. Kuddos to Mike also who sought out Kevin for me.

I need help locating a 40 amp breaker they were two African American men in the Isle they both came over to the electrical section and found it for me.

I go to this lowes regularly. The staff is usually pretty helpful. In the garden center William and Gabriel are great.

I like Lowe's because I can find almost anything I need at a reasonable price the take care of my DIY hobbies around the house.

Good place if buying plants , vast selection of both indoor and outdoor plants, perennial annual or flowering plants , seeds , pots , soil. Also good variety of furniture segregated as per rooms like bedroom , kitchen and so on . They also have monthly diy kids workshop conducted, my kids love it. Overall good rating !

Rodney, the store MGR saved the day. I was not happy with the customer service i received and he 100% turned that experience into a positive one. I appreciate his thoughfulness and professionalism.

This is my go-to store. I'm there probably 2-3 times a week! The service is great, staff is super friendly, and it's always quick and easy to get help when I need it. I really can't complain. There was one time there wasn't enough LVP flooring in stock for me to complete my job, and they literally called around to find a location that had enough, and had them pull it off the shelf and hold it for me until I arrived to save me from having to drive all over town looking for matching floors. I feel like that's the stuff that creates life-long customers. Thanks guys!

Bright and clean store and great shopping experience. Doesn't look like a warehouse like it's competitor a few blocks away. My wife and I hit it off with a very personal and likeable guy in the appliance department, that we ended buying a suite, we didn't even need. We lost his business card but his name might have been Dale or Phil.

We purchased a fridge late in the day before Thanksgiving Day. Bill and Rodney could not have been more helpful not only in the purchasing decision but in the delivery of the fridge to our home. Because normal delivery was not available on Thanksgiving Day, Rodney used his personal truck and with Bill's help delivered it to our house immediately after we purchased it. Lowe's is lucky to have you both! Thank you both so much again for all that you did to save our Thanksgiving!!

Had the pleasure of meeting Marj in the garden center this morning and can easily say I left with the biggest smile on my face. The sweetest human and incredibly helpful! Walked around and helped me with my plant/tree selection. I shop at this Lowes & HD location often, but you can bet from now on when it comes to anything garden needs, I will 100% be coming here just because Marj. Thank you for all the help today, Marj! Really appreciate your patience and kindness.

The sales people were so helpful. They gave me help I needed and couldn't get from their competitor. Lowe's sale price was better, too. Placed a $6000 order in 30 minutes that I couldn't accomplish in 3 trips to the other store.
