Shay was very courteous and helpful. The item that I was looking for was out of stock. She went to the back area to see if there was any more of this item. There was no more, so she issued me a raincheck.

Also had a pickup at the Pharmacy and Andrew treated me well. He even reminded me to use my Kroger card.

This shopping day was an excellent experience.

The best Kroger option in Alpharetta. And they just added a bunch more self checkouts. I never really have any issues here.

Today visited Kroger and purchased organic vegetables, fruits and others items . The shop is neat and all the vegetables are fresh and good . The price is reasonable compared to nearby Walmart. Diary product are good too . Cashier checkout is good based on peak time for quick checkout . Did not face any issues with my purchase .

Today, I had an excellent Guest Care experience with Guest Care Associate April who followed Kroger's Return Policy specifically as it stated and did NOT create their OWN store rules like the majority of Kroger Stores Management do that I've recently learned are NOT honoring and are doing their OWN thing which makes a simple and clearly stated policy confusing for many customers. April did such an excellent job that I sent an email to CEO Rodney McMullen giving her and the Store Manager, Matt Kudos and hopefully they will keep them on the team as a face for the Kroger Family brand and/or promote them both as they followed Kroger's policies and procedures and take heed to Federal Trade Commission and Georgia's Attorney General's Office and Consumer Protection Division laws that will keep Kroger out of any big financially impacting civil suits, liabilities, investigations, and potential prosecution. If Kroger's current return policy is NOT working for majority of the stores, then why NOT just change the policy as they see fit for ALL stores and let the public know what they can and/or cannot do as far as returns and refunds go. Over 160+ stores with each store doing their OWN thing is NOT going to work for customers and the community. And for Matt and April, keep up the great work and job well done.

Pharmacy is the best. They go out of their way at Grassland Kroger to help me get my medications.

Excellent selection of everything - cheeses, produce, wines, bakery item, seafood. Very friendly staff. Best supermarket within 5 miles.

The store pickup is always very fast, and this time they gave me a goodie bag!

I have not been to this Kroger in a while. I am glad to say things are looking a little brighter. They seem to have rearranged aisles. There are more self checkout areas by the pharmacy. You could see managers walking around and checking in things. Everything looked neat!!

Anu was very helpful and friendly while helping me select cheeses & jellies.

The store is clean and well organized. The selection can't be beat. The prices are competitive and the employees are very helpful. They have a pharmacy, vision center, garden center and self checkout.

There's a Walmart gas station on the other side of the parking lot.

Carts are well kept and easy to put away in the parking lot.

Absolutely love Julia in grocery pickup! She is hard-working & really goes the extra mile. Her attitude is what keeps me coming back- I live in Canton! Julia is worth the drive 😊

I have been a loyal shopper here for 16 years. I remember when they had a daycare where I could drop off my kids while I shopped....ahh I miss those days. It's now a pharmacy but they are wonderful too. It's nice to be remembered and greeted by name every time I go in.

From the moment I entered the store the staff was friendly, helpful and eager to assist me. This was my first visit to this location so I did not know where to begin to look for stuff. This store is huge! The deli was twice the size of an average store. They had what resembled a lounge located to the left at the entrance where one of the two restrooms were located. Yeah, two restrooms. One to the left and the other to the right near the deli dining area. I didn't have time to do much shopping, but I will definitely revisit. I was blown away.

My first time visiting a Kroger supermarket. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of selection for different products. They go from high-end to everyday prices. The B.O.G.O offers are supurb. Employees are very friendly and go to extreams to help you get what your needing. I have found my new store.

It is very nice and clean place. You can buy Starbucks coffee here. You can save more with Kroger shopper's card. All Vegetables are fresh. A good shopping spot for all groceries.

Friendly people, clean store, and never a problem !

Kroger is always my place to shop for groceries. WALLY MART might have a better selection and slightly lower prices but the customer satisfaction is just not up to par compared to Kroger. Their employees actually like working there.

Update: They now have curbside pickup y'all!
Never have to deal with stray carts all over the parking lot, everyone there offers to help find things as you walk through the store, never long lines at checkout, and the store is well stocked and clean. As a bonus, they often have these WooHoo specials in the produce, dai meat and bakery areas, it's like finding little treaures. There's a nice clearance area near checkout, too, you never know what you'll find - like coffeemakers, plates, and gourmet jams and sauces, and bottles of wine, good for socking away for Christmas presents in July.

I needed to get a prescription filled and the pharmacy staff was very professional and kind! I don't usually use this Kroger, but had zero issues at all! Overall, a great experience.

This is one of my main go to Krogers in my area. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I never have issues finding what I need. This location is also surrounded by restaurants and has a Wells Fargo next to it also. One stop shop after work for me.
