Clean and organized store .Ms Vicky was very polite and informative. In the shoe department an older lady also had a nice personality. It's hard to find good people in retail with personality and skills to help customers. Pleasant experience on this day.

I like Kohl's because it offers good quality clothes at good rates. They have their clearance section which is worth a visit. They have very good bright colored clothes especially for kids . Their kids t-shirts are also very nice and good variety. Become a kohls member and you can enjoy better rewards on each purchase. I also visit Kohl's for my Amazon returns, which are many.. lols..

This is my main shopping place bc of the very generous coupons.the savings R real. And the up-front store clerks who make sure I’m greeted. Sometimes I’m so tickled that they notice as I rush in.. I have other options in my area but kohls is it.

I want to recognize 3 outstanding employees that all truly went over & above to help me get the items I wanted. I had originally ordered towels online, but when I arrived at the store, discovered that they didn't have the exact amount or more of the color & size I wanted. Kaya, Kejuan & Susan spent the time to try & find these items in the store or substitute the color so that I could still get the sale price & then return to the store & exchange for the color I wanted. Their kindness, time spent solving the issue with the best possible solution for both Kohl's & me was just exceptional. I prefer this location because of the super nice, helpful & best employees of any location near me. Please recognize these three exceptional employees, Kaya, Kejuan & Susan for their outstanding customer service.

The people who work at Kohl's are so kind and helpful.
And I was able to go in and get just the right things for my adult son's birthday gifts AND they were on special which lowered their proces AND I had a 30%discount card mailed to me so I saved almost $100
Quality and attractive clothing at very good prices.

The store is laid out pretty much like every other Kohl’s which makes navigating around this store easy. It is also very well maintained inside and the employees are very friendly. I shopped in the men’s clothing section and was greeted by an employee and asked if there was anything they could help me find. Keep up the great work!

I was thrilled to see so much inventory and adequate number of sales associates. The extra $$ off in addition to sale prices and Khols Cash allowed me to buy much more kids clothes than expected.

The staff is friendly at the customer service desk. The manger Khia ( I think that is how you say here name ) seems to want to try to help and please her customers. I only have one thing that I worry about and that is it seems impossible to find anyone to help you. If you look around the store you can't find one customer service rep. So because of that I just feel people can get away with doing stuff like theft more easily. I wish this store the very best as it is one of the nicer stores in the area. Good Luck Milton!!

First of all, I just really enjoy going to Kohl's - so there's probably some bias... but the staff here is incredible! I do a lot of business with the Jewelry department in particular, and they are extremely outgoing, thoughtful, and pay attention to detail. I've never had a bad experience with them.
