Came to them with a last minute print job for a company conference and Lauryn was an absolute delight; sharp, kind and handled our hefty order in no time. Appreciate you, Lauryn!!!!

This is my absolute favorite UPS store! I accumulate my pkgs or returns for when I'm in the area, or I make a special trip from Zachary, LA, to ship items from there. The staff is courteous and not grumpy in the early hours and they are all professional and courteous. Customer service still exists in Baton Rouge!

I visited this location several times around Christmas to send packages. It was busy but the crew had the line moving quickly and efficiently. Even when the line went out the door, I was finished in twenty mins or less. This is a well-run store.

Love this store! They are always consistent in assisting. In and out of there quickly and my packages arrive when they say they will! Great crew! Highland at Lee Baton Rouge !! 5 stars!

Always an excellent experience at this UPS store. Employees are always extremely helpful, they answer any and all questions, thoroughly pack fragile materials -- they do it all. The line always moves quickly too if there is one. Tried shipping a few packages via USPS yesterday, and was appalled at how the staff refused to help in nearly every way. They even told me they didn't have packing tape. Will definitely be taking ANY AND ALL packages now to UPS. Thank you!

Natalie the morning manager and Taylor, the morning sales associate were both very courteous and knowledgeable! I was shipping two king cakes out of state and thew knew exactly what I needed to do to get them there fresh and on time! I would HIGHLY recommend using this UPS store for all your shipping needs!

Each time I've been in the store to mail a package the employees have ALWAYS been polite and as helpful as can be.

I missed signing for a package yesterday, but needed to get it by the end of the day. I spoke with several people about this and they all told me someone else needed to help me. Until I met Alana at this location. She got on the phone, called several drivers, and then when the package wasn't where it was supposed to be after that she made some more phone calls and just generally made sure I got my package. I didn't even spend any money at the location. Customer service was above and beyond.

I have enjoyed professional assistance with all my UPS needs at the Highland Rd. store next to the Walmart Neighborhood Grocery.

This UPS Store being conveniently located adjacent to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Highland Road maks it convenient to drop off packages whenever I do my weekly shopping for groceries. Never have I encountered poor service any of the times that I've patronized this store.

I had a PMB at this UPS store in Baton Rouge for 3 years. I always got Excellent service from all of the employees there. Very courteous, helpful and efficient! I highly recommend this UPS store!
