The clerks are very pleasant and friendly

Decent stop. Parking lot is tight so if you don’t know how to drive, do us all a favor and please stay away. Store was clean and has what you need. Mrs. Trena was polite and helpful. She certainly could have used a helping hand. Very busy around the 5pm mark.

There's a new cashier working at my Circle k in EBR, LA. I live around the corner and I visit this store once a day before I go to work. She is very polite, respectful and always has a smile on her face. Always cheerfully interacts and helps all customers!! I'm glad they hired such a great outgoing person!!! Keep up the Great Customer Service!! All businesses need More employees Like You!! 😊

Worst store around . Great customer service but bady stocked tobacco ..

I came here for air. Put coins in but realized I needed more change. Went inside. Met very polite customers and employees. Went back to put the rest of the change in the machine only to learn the machine reset. I complained to the store manager but she seemed more upset that I brought it to her attention. She spoke very strongly and made me feel uncomfortable just for expressing an concern. I had to calm her down. By asking calmly. She replied that’s just how I talk. I didn’t have any cash on hand. I asked if the store could help for the inconvenience. She refused to help me with $1.50. That’s right. $1.50. It says CIRCLE K AIR. But she insisted it’s not their machine. She was hostile and aggressive. I remained calm in hopes to not escalate the situation. I left frustrated. Customer service was fine but the manager completely mishandled the situation.

Sat here for over 15 minutes while the workers inside just looked at me through the locked door. Avoid at all costs at night. Not much better in the daytime either.

Never answers the phone and when they do they'll put you on hold for 30 minutes until you hang up don't go here they even your stuff twice so they can take extra money out of their register

24 hours right? No, the overnight shift closes the store at 2 am regularly, when asked when the store will be back open, his response is 3:30 am!? Who takes a 90 minute break working a cash register, and why? I'm sure the owners love the fact that dozens of customers get turned away bc store clerk sits in his car to smoke blunts all night. This has happened several times recently to me. All I can do is just spend my money elsewhere bc there are no real consequences for the employees there, I'm sure they are still clocked in to do nothing.

I would give a zero or negative star if possible. The employee is very negative, mean and rude. On 10/10/2018, I purchased a pack of cigarette there, the cashier working there （I don't know her name） laughed at my accent. I'm a professor, and I never received any complain about my English from my students in the past seven years' teaching. She looked at and talked to me like I was a very strange person from another planet. When I asked why you talk to me in such a mean way, she insisted that she was very nice and like I was a joke. Very rude. I won't go back no more. If you don't speak pure American English, don't go there.

Thursday May 12th @ approxiemately 7:45 pm. Cashier refuses to take money politely set on counter and makes me walk back in to put it in her hand, after confronting the asst. Manager on this she insisted the same thing. As i was going to put the money in her hand she said dont touch her hand so how am i supposed to hand her the money?At this point i went set it back on the counter but knowing she would be rude i avoided further confrontation and went to the next convienant store.

Even though the store has signage stating that it's 24 hours, the night attendant always closes down the store.

NOT Open 24hrs.

Avoid at all cost.
