I visited this location because the tipsy baker was hosting a pop up shop. Let me tell you, her liquor-infused cakes in a jar are absolutely delectable! She had a wide range of flavors to choose from, and it was hard for me to pick just one. Ultimately, I went with banana pudding, red velvet, dulce de leche, and strawberry rum. They were all so incredibly tasty! It's truly amazing that Macy's provides this platform for entrepreneurs.

Great customer service! Had a issue with a item I purchased and thought it had been worn and Mia and miss Terry made my mine at ease and kindly exchanged everything with no problem.. Come to find out the other boot was the same and was no issue with first pair.. Thanks again Mia and Miss Terry for putting my mine at ease.. keep up the good customer service

I have visited this locat onion several times since the opening. Every visit has been met with pleasant and professional customer service individuals, great selection of items to choose from. I am so relieved I don't have to travel all the way to Lenox for a Macy's shopping experience

I needed an anniversary gift for my wife. It is our 1 month anniversary. I literally walked in & the staff assisted me without any hesitation, very professional & made me feel very welcome. They viewed our wedding photo and made this gift box, including making a vail to cover it. This is my 3rd time visiting this location and am very glad they are in my neighborhood.

Tia was beyond helpful so nice and educated me on makeup Jelerwy and fragrances!! I will return just to shop with Tia she is a total vibe. I love her!

it's very nice in here and they always have discounts going on. wish they had the cafe like some of the other ones.

The customer service was on point the moment I walked in the door. From being greeted right away as I was the first one when the doors opened, to being greeted and spoken to by someone in each department. The store was beautiful and well organized, with a warm and inviting feel. By far the best experience I've had going to a Macy's location. Definitely glad to have one in the neighborhood, close to home. It's always easy to put businesses down for poor customer service, but we also have to recognize when they are doing an awesome job.

Bought a Formal dress there for my daughter and it had some deodorant stains on it. The dress was marked as washable and the associate assured us that the stains would come out. When we washed it according to the labels directions, although the stains come out, it did mess up the delicate fabric. We returned it and they refunded our purchase.

Keli customer service is exceptional. She is professional, consistent and has a pleasant disposition everytime I encounter her. Besides helping me get cologne for my hubby, she was able to suggest perfumes for me based off what I told her I had at home. And she was on point…she knows her stuff!!

Went shopping with my son yesterday to find a gift for my spouse and Keli without hesitation came to greet and assist. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and was genuinely excited to provide exceptional customer service! Her department is lucky to have an employee who cares about the image of the company, treatment of persons, and satisfaction of it's customers. Top notch personality and member of the Macy's fragrance department !! Please take care of this individual .

I always have a pleasurable experience every time I go. I only go for colognes and perfumes but the experience is always fun. Keli is phenomenal associate. She is pretty, knowledgeable, and very helpful when it comes to helping you decide since there are so many options to choose from. Highly recommend!!!

Went in on April 4 to get a gift off a wedding registry and decided to pick up some makeup foundation. As I walked over, I was immediately approached by Keli, who asked if I needed help with anything? She took the time to match my foundation perfectly and went to work on my face which saved me so much time. I still can’t believe that she did such excellent makeup in such a short time. I can’t express my gratitude enough for her professionalism and quality work. By the way, I love my new products!

Keli helped me with picking out a great smelling fragrance just by giving her details from a previous purchase. When associates are willing to go above and beyond to get you what you need, it makes the experience worth while. Macy’s Market is very convenient, organized and the associates are always willing to assist.

I went into Market by Macy’s in Mcdonough and had a very pleasant experience. One that I haven’t had in a while. It was nice to know good customer service still exists. Keli, in the beauty department, asked ME if should could help me. I was looking for a face moisturizer to help with dryness. She recommended a brand that has literally changed the look and feel of my face within days of using. She is an amazing representative of Macy’s, very kind and helpful.
