Visited Home Depot today to pickup my orders. Ashley at the front counter was very nice , courteous. She quickly got my order
As mentioned to her a previous order was lost. She got on the phone spoke customer service and that order was resolved.

Wanted to share a pleasurable last couple of visits that I had with this store. I can honestly say, this store has some of the nicest employees. I have not ran into one yet that wasn’t willing to make sure I found everything I needed. Home Depot must hire a certain personality trait because I thanked several employees throughout my visits just for making sure I was good! It made my experience extremely pleasant and I felt as if they valued little ole me as a customer. It definitely makes a difference, because I felt it! I just wanted to stop by and say thank you to the entire McDonough store and staff for being just great people and an awesome place for all of your home improvement needs. You guys rock! Thank you again!

The store was clean, free of clutter, and we'll organized. All employees were polite, appeared knowledgeable, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. One exceptionally helpful employee was a man named, Lynward, who took the time to help us find the correct product for the lowest cost.

After having a very poor experience with the Lowes in McDonough and their lack of customer service etc. We went to Home Depot to purchase basically the same items we purchased at Lowes. Upon exiting the business and walking towards the parking lot with our pallet cart of mulch and dirt, two young men with Home Depot aprons walked towards us and without us asking began to load the back of our truck with the items we had purchased. Ismael and Shaun were their names. We were more than impressed and truly appreciated their kind and friendly assistance. A true example of what customer service looks like. Lowe's should definitely take note. Great job gentlemen and thank you!

I enjoy going to shop here when I need to get some certain stuff I might need if some other places don't have what I need and maybe at a better price as well.

This staff at this store is one of the reasons I still shop at The Home Depot. I had bought a shed here on-line and when their in-stock was wrong one of the agents called me promptly to tell me that they did not have it in stock and advised me on what other store had the item in stock if I wanted to purchase it there. So I bought the same item at the Decatur store which was an additional 17 miles away. When I saw the item in the store the packaging was in bad shape and they told me that if there were issues that to bring any parts back and they would replace it. I brought home the shed there were 3 panels damaged and missing a window. I called the Decatur store to tell them what panels were damaged and the agent told me I had to bring the whole thing back for a refund, that they would not replace the individual panels. This is a $1200 and close to a 1000 pounds shed kit that was no longer in its packaging and the trip to Decatur close to 30 miles one way. I went and talked to the Assistant manager Jason at the McDonough store and explained the situation to him. In a couple of days he ordered the window that was missing from the manufacturer and replaced all the panels that were broken saving me time and money for a shed that my parents wanted. One of the best stores in the chain now I understand why getting a parking space is so hard here.

I was able to find what I was looking for after making several stops for windchill. Have excellent variety of plants, flowers for inside and out. Also any building, repair needs or desires. Staff always courteous and helpful

Bought a fridge - it quit 3 weeks later. I was dissapointed at first because the store could not take back the fridge. I was impressed with the 800 number. The did need a lot of info. It was a pain. Send pics of the fridge, send a scan of the receipt. Get a picture of the vin (or uh - serial). The could not get someone out promptly and after 2 days promissed a full refund check to arrive. I will update if it does not. Keep the receipt ! and you will be covered !!!

Kids workshop was amazing it’s the first Saturday of each month! The workers are very supportive and loving!

I needed to replace my water filter for my fridge, which I have never done before! I had the pleasure to be helped by Shannon. She stopped what she was doing to assist me by going on the computer, looking up the model and getting the correct product. She has great customer service and I am very appreciative.

Definitely 👍 a good deal for just under $8. I used the kit the same day and it appears to be quite sturdy.

Hey I spend so much time there I just call it "Home"...if only I cook there...lol. Some of my work below...#!$@...Im good.

Sonia in the plumbing section was very helpful. She was very patient with us and explained everything very well. We didn’t even ask for help but she overheard us talking and knew we needed help with water supply lines and accessories. She did not hesitate to give her expertise. Thank you very much Sonia!!

Found everything and everything was neatly placed. My purse was left unattended with a fellow shopper and I didn't feel the need to say anything to the company that left it there 😭

The five stars are because of KEN! Omg he was an angel Saturday. I ordered a grill and smoker to be assembled and delivered a week before my event. However due to mix ups, I received a text saying my items would not be delivered a DAY before the event. After many calls and holds Ken was placed on the line. He delivered both items first thing that morning by himself. I am forever grateful for his customer service. Thank you Ken!

Very satisfied today. Went to three locations. This place was my last hope to have water back in my house on the weekend. . Due to my shower cartridge being destroyed. Sonia in this department was so helpful and knowledgeable and not only that she had the best attitude and spirit. I want to thank Sonia and Home Depot for getting my water back on for my family!
