Westin did a phenomenal job!! He was very patient and kind and knows his job. I am super pleased with the SNS, including the shape, color and length.

Usually, I don’t write reviews but the young man who took our order was incredibly helpful and had AMAZING customer service skills. Give my guy Willy/Willie a raise!!!

Food was good but unfortunately they did not get the order right. I was missing several items. They needed to double check items that were ordered in multiple, instead of assuming one item only. Other than that very friendly staff.

Ordered my food via self-service and didn't have to wait long for my order. All came out as expected.

Showed up at 10 on a Sunday to get breakfast. It was PACKED. Drive through line was wrapped around the building so I went inside. I HATE the ordering kiosk but I get it. Put my order in and within a minute someone walked over and asked if I had been helped. I told her I ordered from the kiosk but thank you. Another minute goes by and ANOTHER person comes over to ask me if I had been helped. At this point I feel like I’m at a five star restaurant. Food in hand a minute later and out the door. Everyone likes to hate on McDonalds and I’ve had my fair share of nightmares but not today! Kudos team.

Our cashier Felicia was so nice and she even walked our food to table ..wow!! Go McDonald's we need more great service like this.

They have been great to me and everyone I know. My food is always Hot and Fresh. I hope to be working with this McDonald's team very soon. 😍😀

I didn’t want to go here because of past experiences but we were really hungry and busy. Drove up to the line probably 7 cars deep. The line moved quickly, the people were kind and quick, they heard me the first time, got the order right, were very pleasant and the food was hot and fresh. People only seem to drop negativity so I’d like to give the credit where it’s due. My experience couldn’t have been better. Good job all of you

Tika was amazing!!! All these stars are just for her. Waited in the drive through for a longggggg time. Not only was she super friendly she was also super respectful. I didn’t feel so bad after our interaction thanks to her kindness.

The manager is the best. She was working on Sunday afternoon. She kept the customers happy, the place clean and the staff on point. Give her a raise now!!

Felicia is the manager she is so fast n accurate food was hot n fresh fries was omg uhmmm good. The lady said the other young lady name is Tika very fast in the kitchen for her to be by her self

This is a mess. Always a long time of waiting to pick up food. I waited 30mins yesterday and there were still like 4-5 people ahead of me before I canceled my pickup. I will not be returning there sorry

Had an amazing experience here today!!! I ordered through my mobile app but ended up sitting in with my family. Shanti ( I hope I’m spelling your name correctly 💕) made our experience even more amazing! She attended to us whenever I came to the counter and needed anything!! Her customer service is superb!! I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this McDonald’s. Even though most of the staff is teenagers they have always been professional and respectful during my encounters, kudos to management for making sure of that. There’s a wait in the drive thru sometimes but it’s to be expected when it’s the only McDonalds servicing a very populated (and still growing) area. Any order that I’ve had a mistake with was fixed as soon as I bought it to someones attention.

Always a pleasant experience, one of the best McDonald's in the area, employees are great to deal with, even when busy. Food is always hot and well prepared!

I went there very late night.
Drive through lady had beautiful smile and cheer me up.
I know many people complain about McDonald's.
But customer service is very exhausting job to do.
So I would like to give them good review and icecream machine wasn't broken either😊

Always liked this McDonalds, but today when I got a large drink and large fry in the drive through it was sad at first, the fries dumbed into my floor board after the bag tipped over. As soon as the cashier new she said one moment, and got me a fresh batch no hesitations. sweet staff every time

I love the standards and great food at this particular McDonald’s. Clean, Fast, and Friendly!
