I've been a loyal JCPenney shopper for over 20 years, and it remains my top choice for children's clothes. I consistently discover great items for my grandson, and the discounts and coupons enhance my shopping experience. This particular store stands out for its friendly and helpful associates.

Love to shop here, good deals and a very clean store. Page in the salon was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Facials are wonderful and a great place to get my kids and myself haircuts.

I had an outstanding experience at JCPenney thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of their cashiers, Jaiden. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products, but she also took the time to pronounce my name correctly, which made me feel valued as a customer. Despite it being close to closing time, she remained patient and provided awesome customer service with a genuinely friendly demeanor. I appreciate her dedication and professionalism, and I highly recommend her for her outstanding service to anyone shopping at JCPenney.

Always a great stop to shop when topping off my car at the super chargers. Never come out empty handed, there is always something that I can't leave with out. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful when needed. Clean bathrooms too.

It was a wonderful experience. I went in to pick up my order and the employee that waited on me was very pleasant and friendly. She was also very helpful with my order. One item i received was to large and they were out of the item online so she offered to make an even exchange with me if i could locate the similar item inside the store. While looking around I noticed some great gift ideas for everyone in the family. So this was a great shopping experience today. Would definitely recommend JC Penny's for loads of Christmas gifts!

Store was clean and organized associate at cosmetics was very helpful she rang up our items from another department she was also curtious friendly and humorous 😁🤣

Great place to shop. They had a great selection of extra tall clothes which I wear. The sale that day saved me $120.

Great service. I asked for help because i had a hard time locating swim trunks for my sibling and the associate that i asked ( i really wish i would’ve gotten her name) was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Even when i went back and asked her a second time if she could get me a pair of hung up clothes from the very very top, she politely guided me and I got my product!!
When i went to check out an older lady was taking FOREVER so we raced around the store looking for another checkout area and found one! The cashier was very sweet and courteous and held good, quick banter. I enjoyed my 10 minute experience here!

I felt welcome and comfortable shopping at JC Penny. Dache was really nice , friendly and helpful, she even helped my lost husband find me.

Scarlet did an amazing job with my sons Blues Clues themed birthday shoot. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with the results. She was very personable and professional. My son truly enjoyed the entire photo session!! If you need a photographer then Scarlet is the one to go to!!

Had done my Christmas photos here recently, the manager over the photo studio Scarlet was so amazing. We had to switch photo shoot time completely and she was more than accommodating to help us out and was so creative and energetic with the whole process. SHE MADE THE EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL 10/10 would do again.

Great store with many items to choose from. Well staffed with people ready to help you locate items.

Finally, I found clothes that my tall child can fit here.
