Hello, I had amazing experience with Mrs.Layla, believe her name is. She was literally phenomenal. It’s really hard to find people, especially in the phone business that have good customer service with her expertise and kind spirit. I was definitely able to make a great decision, and I was also able to sort the issue that I was having with purchasing a new phone. She’s a great sales person with a patient spirit. I went to The Avenue store to help a friend, who is blind. His phone has special software, which made his activation more complicated than most. Camille (I hope I remembered her name correctly) helped start to finish with no need to do research or find another person to help. She was thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. Plus, she looked great with her super cute haircut. It was a pleasant experience to find true customer service. Highly recommend.

I waited a bit, but the employee was fast with other people's issues. Solved a watch phone pairing problem that I had been working off and on for days. Wish I asked his name. He took as long as was necessary and I left the store with my gear squared away.
