Micheel (I think that’s how it’s spelled but it’s pronounced Michelle) was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She came over to check on me after greeting me and helped me get the perfect heel to go with my dress! She then proceeds to give me the sweetest (and helpful) tips and tricks for how to get ready quickly because I told her I’m rushing getting everything together for an event I have. 10/10 customer service and she is an amazing and kind woman! I’ll be back to see you soon!!

So happy RRS is at a closer location. Been looking for some cute cargo boots for my daughter. Found them here and at a great price. Did a pickup order and Phillip and Vanessa were so attentive and helpful. 5⭐. Great location and service.

Was so excited they put a location near us only to find out it is cold, not a little cold like Freezing and uncomfortable. It was clean and well stocked for the most part. No sale or clearance items as yet and it just felt in inviting. Even when asked to turn the AC down the young lady said she’s told management a few times and they have done nothing about it.

They don't have hardly any wide shoes available, so while you're shopping, the employees keep harassing you and watching you. I've been in twice to try and find walking shoes for work and I feel so uncomfortable. I'd rather go to the dsw.
