Always easy to shop here. I needed yet another cell phone charger cable and decided to get the braided type, which hopefully it'll last longer! Vee, a sales representative, with a pleasant personality, was very helpful and knows the merchandise well.

It was just another Saturday afternoon when I strolled into Best Buy, casually browsing with no real intention to buy. I was aimlessly looking at laptops, half-confused by the specs, when Jake approached. He didn't start with a sales pitch; instead, he asked what I usually do on my computer. I told him about my love for photography and occasional gaming, expecting him to point me to the most expensive model. To my surprise, he suggested a mid-range laptop, explaining how its features were a perfect fit for my hobbies.

What really sealed the deal was when he noticed my old smartphone and casually mentioned they had a trade-in program. I'd been putting off upgrading my phone due to the cost, but with Jake's help, I walked out with a new phone and laptop, both within my budget.

Jake's genuine approach, without the pushy sales vibe, was refreshing. He made me feel like a friend he was helping rather than just another customer. Since that day, Best Buy has been my go-to for tech, all thanks to a salesperson who took the time to understand and cater to my needs.

Best product that I could’ve bought from Best Buy! I bought it during memorial weekend so there was a sale and I caught it in just in time. The video is perfect for both of the devices and were easy to setup.

Everyone was super helpful. Store was clean and bright. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Parking was easy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes even with a trip to the loo.

I finally had to get a new phone today. As much as I didn’t want to deal with it, none of my apps were working and I was out of storage. Ariel was soooooo awesome. She helped me along the way, and even though I not that tech savvy she made me feel like I was. My iPhone 11 was so special to me, I hope the 15 will be too. If you need help I. The phon department, I would definitely recommend Ariel. She’s off on Thursdays and Fridays. Hope I can figure out all the ins and outs of the phone in the next few days.

Bought a Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Buds 2Pro’s for $350 on my card and a trade-in(Galaxy Z Fold 4 5G), This is hands down the best Android device in the USA. Best Buy had it ready for pickup an hour after the order. Great service!

Great place for new electronics. They Need to Hire MORE people to work there, especially during holidays and weekends. This would help with customer assistance as well as cleaning up the store.

Customer service was great: helped answer any questions I had. Everyone was very knowledgeable.
Also found out that theres a Best Buy credit card that offers zero interest for 1 year with a 27% thereafter. This gives u sum time 2 make those payments b4 getting hit with those interest payments

What can I say, if you can't find something quick and easy on Amazon, Best Buy is always my go-to. I also like that they price match against Amazon as long as the product is being sold and shipped by Amazon and not a third party seller.

The young man at the register, Herman, was so helpful and friendly. Always a good shopping trip when we come here.

This location is really the best in the city. Alicia provided some of the best customer service I have ever seen from Best Buy. She made the experience enjoyable, quick and easy. Her associate Tony was also extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back! Alicia deserves a promotion. :)

I ordered my purchase through the app on my phone. I was alerted when the item was ready for pickup. The worker who assisted in obtaining the item was courteous, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend using this service.

Went there to get a TV and Mount per Cyber Monday Sale. Customer Service helped me locate what I was looking for. I got the TV I came in for but they were sold out of wall mounts for the size TV I picked up. Was a smart TV at a Great Sale Price. I will be back soon to get another TV and hopefully a mount also. Thanks Best Buy
