AT&T Store

I had the absolute best service by young, intelligent African American professionals at this location. They were polite and efficient which has been a rarity these days since post covid. If you want to be serviced with polite, efficacious, knowledgeable and professional customer service visit the Pikesville AT&T location!

I came in with my mom to switch her to att and were greeted by the manager, Davian Lyn. He was extremely helpful and patient. He followed through with everything he said he would and then some. Thanks to him, this normally stressful experience was seamless. Thank you Davian!

I love AT&T customer service in the Pikesville, MD store. Everyone is awesome. I am partial to Ugo but Tim and Tony are also amazing. I think they do truly care about Great customer service

My first experience with this location was amazing although I didn't keep the services the staff was extremely helpful and honest about the process. However I was charged 289.93 after the leaving the carrier and was totally upset upon arrive at the store...But Lucky the Energy of the Staff Came through as usual when I encountered Brother Racharde Bush he was right on top of my issues....he not only solved my issue completely but his calm spirit made the situation easier to deal with...So if you are in the market for a cell phone Most Definitely Shop at This Location and ask for Racharde he got you covered ...tell Brother Nance sent you

Amazing service from the moment I walked through the door. Jonathan A greeted me and took care of me immediately- no wait!! He was able to take care of my issue within less than 3 minutes of time time.
I had been on the phone with AT&T for assistance since 8:30 this morning. After hours of getting absolutely nowhere, I finally went to my local AT&T store at 5:15pm. It was 5:20 when I walked out with all of my business taken care of.

Jonathan was kind, courteous, understanding, professional, respectful, knowledgeable & most importantly, he addressed my concerns and resolved all of my issues.

I will not call when I need assistance anymore. I will only be going to him from now on.

I lost an entire day for something that he was capable of solving within minutes. I was so mad & frustrated but I couldn’t be happier. Problem solved!☺👍

Davian Lyn, the manager, answered all of our questions & helped understand how everything works on the billing and phone device. He had what we wanted and got us in and out in a timely manner. Extremely professional and charismatic. I would recommend this store,because of Davian.

Tony helped get my prepaid line activated. He was very professional and customer focused. I was greeted as soon as I came in. While I was there I watched the sales team make sure that everyone who walked in was helped and not forgotten about. Thank you again!

The customer service at the Owings Mills store is always excellent even though the personnel change. This is why I always go there. My issue was minor but "Osoh" (not sure of the spelling) took care & replaced the screen protectors like he was doing it for his Mother. You can't ask for better service!! Thank you for hiring people who understand what customer service really means!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. When I explained my problem, the young man that was working with me knew exactly what the problem was and had it all fixed and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Great service.

I went into the AT&T store because I was struggling to get help setting up my new phone because my old one was stolen. My email with my entire was on my old phone. I came in with this problem and I worked with Davian the manager and he made my entire week by helping me retrieve all my photos and emails! This store is the best I'll be working with Davian every time!!

After attempting to upgrade my phone at multiple locations throughout the county, the Owings Mills corporate location is the only one who could figure out the issue with my phone due to an insurance claim issue. I have been trying for months to get it resolved and Grayson and his manager were able to get me exactly what I wanted quickly. I am so appreciative for his help, he is a great salesman. Thank you!

Davian Lynn store manager and Eddie, store representative both did a phenomenal charge navigating a major issue with my account regarding being overcharged for 2 years due to an overzealous employee who padded his commission sales. Ultimately, Davian discovered a $1400 overcharge and successfully got that overcharge credited back to my account! I highly recommend Pikesville AT &T store location!

I worked with Davian and Reggie. Both of them did a wonderful job with showing me the new s23 ultra. I am happy with my new phone.
