Just did my first online order with pick-up - super easy and lots of choices. A bottle I requested was out of stock, they substituted something great and even checked in with a phone call about it. In and out lightning fast, they will do curbside if you prefer. Highly recommend!

Staff very friendly, and I ended up taking home some of their lower price wines to try. Their stock must be carefully chosen because the bottles are high quality for the price point. Will be back!

I should have reviewed this place two and a half years ago. My wife and I shopped here for the alcoholic beverages that we served at our wedding. Neither of us knows much about alcoholic beverages so we relied on the sales person to advise us. The advice must have been good because our guests enjoyed our wedding. The Wine Loft delivered the beverages to our wedding venue, and they allowed us to return the unopened bottles for a refund.

Customer service was excellent! The young woman who helped me today was extremely knowledgeable about wines. She was patient in helping me find the perfect wines and educated me on labeling, taste, pairings etc 🥂

Easily my favorite place to buy wine in Baltimore burbs. Wine Loft had a well-curated selection of wines between 8-15 dollars per bottle. You really can't go wrong at that price. They have a knowledgeble staff and Saturday tastings. They also recently started selling a monthly case for $99. We've purchased them for April, May, and June. They've each had some great bottles and cover a good range of varieties. My only gripes are the insane parking situation (same shopping plaza as Trader Joes) and the fact that they're closed on Sundays (county rule)

They keep record of purchases...if you bought something you really liked but can't remember the name they will look it up. Very knowledgeable staff...tried many recommendations and have not been disappointed. We live in Pennsylvania we always enjoy visiting this store.
